Anita Dunn Admires Mao Tse-Tung

Radical Totalitarian Progressive Anita Dunn who is  White House communications director is an admirer of Mao. She has declared war on Fox News because they don’t support the Progressive agenda. Glenn Beck, who is an expert on using the tactics of Saul Alinsky against the Left has exposed her. In June of this year, she praised Mao as one of her idols.

I wish more on the Right were like Glenn Beck. He goes for the jugular of the Progressives and nails them. This has rattle the Left who have launched non stop smear campaigns. At the forefront of these attacks on Beck, is Neo-Stalinist blog Little Green Footballs.  These attacks have had no effect on Beck as he continues to Anita Dunn, Glenn Beck hammer the left. This video clip is rattling Progressive circles, but Charles “Icarus” Johnson of LGF has come out in her defense!

The people attacking Anita Dunn at Hot Air for comments she made years ago are the same ones defending Rush Limbaugh for his “take that bone out of your nose” comment — because he made it years ago.

Wow look at Charles spinning, It’s OK for Anita Dunn to support Mao but no one is allowed to criticize her. This is an example of  Progressive hypocrisy when they are exposed. They just know how to attack and not defend. I salute Glenn Beck and hope he keeps exposing these Progressives!

Progressives are rattled and we must keep up the pressure! When they are exposed, they slither like the cowardly vermin they are!

Update: Instead of addressing Anita Dunn’s comments, The Neo-Stalinist Blog Little Green Footballs mocks Glenn Beck Alinsky style. Beck got emotional and Charles “Icarus” Johnson attacks him! This is an example of Progressive tactics, define the target and mock it.

Update II: here is a clip about Anita Dunn and Charles Johnson’s Idol Mao Tse-Tung.

This is what Totalitarian Progressivism looks like when it’s power is unchecked.

UpdateIII: Charles “Icarus” Johnson is caught in another lie.

Beck’s attack on Anita Dunn is what anyone who speaks out against that freaking moron can expect — they’ll dig into your past and use anything they find to smear you in front of millions of people.

I have no doubt they’ve been digging into my past too — Beck has attacked me on his show twice.

Anita Dunn made this statement this year, keep up the Progressive Propaganda Charles. You attack Beck daily, so don’t complain when he hits you back.

Hey Dipshit, Rush Limbaugh doesn’t work for the fucking president of the united states.
There is a difference , get it?

Plus, only in a sick sick mind can anybody equate a bone in the nose comment, with support for a man like Mao who murdered MILLIONS of people.

  7. 7 | October 15, 2009 5:29 pm

“Years ago,” I read on the internet that that speech was made just last June. So unless Nancy can proof that contention wrong, it’s true.

Rodan, good to see you going after Nancy again. He makes a perfect example of the Progressive Fascist Liberal type. So debunking him is both worthwhile and lots and lots of fun.

  8. 8 | October 15, 2009 5:30 pm

Man Rodan, you beat me to it!

This Anita Dunn flap shows how utterly bankrupt selrahC really is.

One of Obama’s top people is caught on tape praising a Communist scumbag who murdered tens of millions of people, and the only thing Old Yellowstain can think to do is try to spin some damage control by pointing to some “bone in the nose” comment by Limbaugh.

Memo to selrahC: Even if Limbaugh DID say that (and let’s face it – whenever a leftist says Limbaugh said something, it can’t be taken at face value), a “bone in the nose” comment never killed whole villages full of people for not leaping forward fast enough.

And if selrahC can’t, or won’t, understand the difference, then he truly has gone off the cliff entirely.

You know what’s interesting? That despite the mania for demanding apologies, the apologies are never accepted, but rather regarded as perpetual proof of unremovable guilt.

OK, maybe Rush Limbaugh went over the line with the “bone in the nose” comment. What commenter here–hell, on any blog–hasn’t been objectively intemperate at some time or other? People talk, people slip–but one comment, or even two or three, unless they are astoundingly egregious, do in no way define a person’s life or thoughts. It is more significant that Limbaugh works with black people on a regular basis than that he may have said something that pisses off the Dour Racism Police–for everything pisses off the Dour Racism Police. That is what they live for, and they will manufacture offense if they cannot find it.

But saying straight out that you admire one of history’s great butchers as a philosopher is not a slip of the tongue. It is a self-prompted proclamation of one’s own loyalties and admirations. Mother Teresa (who was, lest we forget, seriously trashed by sometime lefitst icon Christopher Hitchens) was basically dragged in to whitewash Mao.

In any event, Limbaugh could grovel and snivel and apologize from now through next Tuesday, and his apologies would merely be taken as admission that he is as bad as his detractors already believe him to be. Apologies are supposed to bring forgiveness and rehabilitation, but in the politics of apologymania they merely are considered to be confessions at a show trial.

Have you noticed that the leftwing constantly demands apologies, but almost never utters them?

Honestly, I am wondering how much the global socialists thought about the power of the internet and information technology. There is simply no where to hide anymore, except in plain sight… but…The liberals have dumbed down the population by infiltrating the school system so they can hide in plain sight. No one sees them until its too late.

  15. 15 | October 15, 2009 5:35 pm

Nancy also exemplifies the Progressive “morality.” Even if Limbaugh made the “bone in the nose comment,” here’s how Nancy’s moral calculus works: radio talk show host who makes questionable joke is the equivalent of government official who “favorite philosopher” is the worst mass murderer in human history. Good job Nancy, hope you find those strawberries.

Watch the clip. She’s a fan of Mao. In fact, she’s a devotee. She “turns” to him in her own words. Insane. And the context is horrible. Quoting Mao in regards to his war with the KMT to advance ideas of individual choices? That’s an endorsement, and she also seemed to be pleased that he defeated the Nationalists. It was also embarrassingly idiotic on her part.

Hey, I had a copy of the Little Red Book in high school/college. Mostly, it’s a crashing bore; I remember only the most famous line, “Every Communist must grasp the truth; political power grows out of the barrel of a gun,” and my personal favorite, “An army without culture is a dull-witted army, and a dull-witted army cannot defeat the enemy.”

I’m completely unknowledgeable on the gun stuff, but I try to do my bit on the culture side.

Etc. ad nauseum. But for liberals, supporting the US Constitution and common decency is not forgivable.

It was the bone through the nose that transfixed Charles. It carried the freight of the “racist” charge.
He would be delighted to believe in that Limbaugh said it.
His entire argument about Limbaugh – that even if he didn’t say some things, he said other ugly racist things – is that of “truthiness”. Mary Mapes, Rigoberta Menchu are his peers.

The point people keep missing here is that Mao, Hitler, Pol Pot, Guevara, Peron, Hussein are all cut from the same cloth. Their politics are immaterial, except to a few.

People like Dunn idolize Mao because of what they dreamed the world could be like. I’m sorry, but that does not fly in any sense; if you admire a man who buggered little kids and caused the deaths millions, but he meant well and had some nifty notions of how the world should be, then you are an idiot. Likewise, by that same logic, people who still admire Hitler and the Third Reich are to be equally excused and exempted from ridicule because, well, people are entitled to their own opinions about what constitutes an utopia.

A Chinese lady I worked with kept trying to explain Chairman Mao was a very spiritual man.

It took months of discussion with her on numerous subjects before it dawned on me her sense of religion/spirituality was rather twisted. Chairman Mao was a very ‘spiritual’ man “because he was earnestly seeking to become a god.” Only ‘gods’ can fuck over the lives of so many people.

I’ve always had serious philosophical problems with people who had people link mao and marx as their personal philosophers. Makes me question their ethical, and fundamental reasoning.

It usually becomes a self-circular argument like this: “So if person believes such belief, does that mean that they adhere to such adherents? If so, does that mean that they believe that any end justifies the means?”

Usually about that time, I’m into a full blown argument with them. My personal philosophers fall into 3 categories: Fredrick Hayek, Sun Zi, and Karl Popper.

People might say that their politics are immaterial, I’ve seen it mentioned above by calcajun. This isn’t quite true. They had a political system, but it wasn’t meant for the average person it was meant for the political ruling class. Peons are peons, and they were to be ruled over by coercion and force at the far end of the political spectrum.

After all — who is going to collect the food? It sure won’t be your “betters” who raised you up.

Why do so many folks keep revisiting there? I mean, I understand all that “keep your enemies closer” stuff, but really–who cares?

I mean, the jokes are easy, but that’s the problem. It’s shooting fish in a barrel. There are a few people there who ought to leave, and who would be welcome additions here or at any number of other sites, but slagging them while they stay is not the way to get them to wise up.

Heck, some folks here who welcomed me–and I thank you–slagged me when I stuck back there. I figure it’s just the dynamic, but I will say here that I had my own reasons, some good, some not so much perhaps–but they were mine. And if you folks believe in individual liberty, as you mostly do, then you have to respect that the people who still haven’t made the break have their own reasons too, and whether you or I or anyone else thinks they are good and sufficient, from where they are right now they seem so.

Give the embattled remainder some respect, folks, and try and wean yourselves from the easy slaps. Remember, the Satanist is a believer, even if a negative one; if you can’t get past the old joint, you haven’t really left yet, snarks notwithstanding.

    Via HOt Air

Sanchez and Huffpo back off the Limbaugh claims

No harm in admitting the lie now that his NFL bid’s dead. First, via the Standard, comes this belated HuffPo postscript to a post that’s three years old:

Editor’s Note: An earlier version of this post contained quotes attributed to Rush Limbaugh, which Limbaugh has since denied making. As is our policy when a fact in a blog post is called into question, we gave its author 24 hours to substantiate the quote. Since he has not been able to do so, the quotes have been deleted from the post.

And now here’s Sanchez, kinda sorta apologizing — on Twitter — for airing the bogus slavery quote on his show earlier this week:

i’ve know rush. in person,i like him. his rhetoric, however is inexcusably divisive. he’s right tho. we didn’t confirm quote. our bad.

Look, I understand the resentment and detox period that exists after being treated shabbily and arbitrarily. I understand the fascination of watching someone behave as if they are in a sort of political delirium tremens, thrashing around wildly at the pink elephants crawling all over his bed.

But I’m here for the same reason I was once somewhere else; because there are people who were once also somewhere else who I enjoyed talking to. I wasn’t interested in feeding some obsessive’s self-glorification there, so I left. I’m not interested in feeding it here. I may fall prey to participating in the snarkfests, since I love a good snark for itself, but I feel diminished each time I permit myself to do so.

I agree. Its almost like a divorce. Something that was part of your life that you enjoyed very much suddenly changed and there was nothing you could do about it except move on. You chose to make the situation ugly or not. There really isn’t anyone left there to concern ourselves with.

  191. sk
    191 | October 15, 2009 7:21 pm

Rodan, that was a devastating video. You see, Mao really was a brilliant revolutionary strategist and tactician. No doubt. If you want to understand totalitarian strategy and tactics, he’s the first guy you should read. And, if you want to subvert a totalitarian system, he’s a great source.

But a favorite “political philosopher”?! That is what is so staggering, for then the desired end point is to destroy, utterly, the individual. And THAT is exactly what he did. It is also true that this fits with Alinsky’s pooh-poohing of “ends versus means” as a cop-out, an assertion that anyone who talks about means just favors the status quo. SOME means have only one end, as Mao showed very clearly.

(I admit that with all the fluff in these comments, few will even see my own comment. It’s a bit frustrating that the level of discussion isn’t a bit higher. No offense, y’all.)

    The problem.

Charles was a lefty before 9/11 and that epiphenomena event awoke in him a sense of Americanism/patriotism and support for the right, even though he was never really one of them. That dichotomy was a thing he grappled with until conservatives that filled his biog were no longer useful to him and he reverted to 9/10 thinking .

And then he began to comment.

That was when the problem started. His blog may have become even more relevant if he had continued to entertain the ideals of those he attracted in droves, but instead he decided to abandon and ban them to move it to what he always wanted.

    Cults start this way.

These things are going on in the American people’s White House. This President is surrounding himself with Marxists in general and people who admire Mao Tse-Tung as their favorite philosopher.

    It’s terribly wrong.

Mao Tse-Tung’s individualism (‘fight your own war’) was his desire to get hundreds of millions of people to cease being individuals or die. He brought death to 70 million of them.

This isn’t a matter individualism for everyone.

    It’s individualism for despots only.

I hear you. It’s as if some people are afraid to look back at the flaming wreckage for fear that they’ll be turned to pillars of salt.

Buzzsaw – let me make something perfectly clear. I left that dive two years ago simply because it was getting boring. There are many like me; I’m sure that for every one of the 1545 on Kirly’s list there are several who simply got bored and left. So when I throw flames in their direction, it’s decidedly not out of any butthurtness of being rejected. I rejected that dive, and then two years later came back and deliberately rejected it again with as much anaerobic sludge as I could muster.

It’s not about me, and it’s not about my hurt feelings. It’s about the way someone fooled me. You expect stupidity out of Kos. I was lulled into expecting better there. So when this batshitness starts echoing all over the blogosphere to where I could even hear it at PJM, yeah, I felt like I had to come back and say something.

And I’m going to continue until I don’t feel like it anymore. If it’s annoying, well welcome to the Wild West of the internet. This is the un-LGF, and if the entropy is more than you like, well, don’t know what to tell you.

As distracting as it is to see Nancy Pelosi blinking several hundred times per minute during a Presidential speech, imagine if Anita Dunn was the one back there sticking her tongue out 60 times per minute.

I think the TV camera operators for Congress would have to find a way to blue or green screen her out of the picture.

I may be giving myself up here, but here is my reply

“Dang nabit, I am on vacation and was not going to read or post anything on two political sites I frequent – this one being one of them. The answer to this poll is not listed. See, the answer is not political; but moral, ethical and spiritual. The Supreme Court has ruled that it is not illegal to burn the United States of America Flag. It is ok in the sight of the law. In that manner, I have to look at those that do burn the Flag of the United States of America as not having any morals or ethics. They do not even comprehend that the fact that they are allowed to burn it is granted by the law of the land. The problem I have with this same rule of law has ruled that it is legal to kill a human in fetus form. Again, the law of the land ruled. We have been told that it is ok to treat the pieces of thread loomed together and then sewn together that represent my home country (The Great United States of America) as nothing more than such. So why would we treat an unborn child any different.

I will bet that more here (regardless of their political affiliation) will disagree with this point of view.

There is hope, it starts with every one of us – doing what we know is right, just and morally, ethical and spiritual and teaching our children and those around us to do the same. Just because the “law” allows it, does not make it right. We need to get back to our morality, spirituality and ethics. ”

    The poll was this..

What group of people would be more likely to protest by Desecrating the US flag?
    Conservatives/Constitutionalists/Patriots
    Liberals/Leftist/Anarchists/Traitors

You have a point, I admit. There is certainly an element of betrayal in being led to believe someone was something and who turned out to be something else. And trying to be “the bigger man” can be cold comfort, often.

I am, however, urging people to let things go, not for the sake of feelings elsewhere, but for their own sakes. I’ve done anger and even hatred in my life, and it is corrosive. To the extent I’ve been able to slough it, in instances past, it was because I realized that it was hurting me and not the person I directed it to.

Pissed off at Yertle? Ignore him. It becomes easier over time, and being ignored will in the end hurt more than being slagged.

Indeed. It was a very poor choice of words. There are indeed times when some of Mao’s saying or tactics have utility. But before you mention them, you need to qualify them and make sure you remind people of how evil Mao was and make clear that you do not seek his brutal ends nor will you descend to his worse means. Anita Dunn failed to do that, and in so doing handed Glen Beck the club with which to beat her.

  283. 284 | October 15, 2009 8:32 pm

Once again, Beck points out a socialist/communist/marxist in our federal government and the liberals and media take the opportunity to trash Beck so as to shift the focus off of what he said.

It’s the same thing they did to McCarthy. He was right then, Beck is right now.

Between the opening post and Buzzsaw’s #10 (and others) there’s more cogent thought and well-expressed good sense than in several years worth of “good grief”‘s.

More could be said of that place–like pointing out how tenous the ties must be to Nazis to get adding to the rotating list of enemies, but open admiration of Mao, who soaked China in blood, is shrugged off–but I’ll leave it at that.

I’m sick of the only moral lesson’s being acceptable these days as being “recycle” and “follow your heart.”

There is nothing new under the sun, so I think it is time to stop listening to the lessons of the graying “Don’t trust anyone over 30″ crowd, especially as they take those lessons from bloody handed slayers.

I mean, don’t liberals ever get sick of being used by commies? Why doesn’t the center left bitterly resent being used as useful idiots?

OT: I heard a country song that brought some of you all to mind tonight; “Country boys will survive” or something to that effect.

Why hide it? There is no reason. As a youth I tried out with a band called Rox who in my opinion kicked ass on Van Halen (pre hollywood clubs), who was led my Joey Carducci, who is now a Fender big whig. They were the best guitarists in the area at the time. I played in a band that knew the Van Halens and met them right before they made the big time. I jammed with Eddie. That was in the early 80′s.

And there is much more I can say. Why are you hiding your experience?

Say it. Even it it means it was trivial. Heck, after the early 80′s I went on to play with Christian groups and did some good things. The band I played with that had great success will not be known by most, but we played all the big venues in LA and the southwest sans the arenas.

Actually, no. But I can figure out nearly anything, however carelessly written or poorly thought through.

If you bothered to review the link I provided before, you might have gotten a sense of what I was talking about regarding military doctrine. As for “only” having “U.S. inside treason to fight with,” that is absurd. There is nothing “only” about it: it was a carefully planned and executed campaign, producing very useful results It is foolish of you to think that such campaigns are not “war.” That you fail to understand this point shows Mao’s innovations. That Mao was effective is shown by his “legacy” in the U.S.

He also was quite effective against the Japanese invaders, though in this he shared credit.

Unlike Nancy and La Dunn, I do not admire Mao in any way, and certainly don’t admire him as a “political philosopher.” But since I want to win against totalitarians, I do pay attention to them.

I really don’t understand how people end up thinking like this and believe it has some sort of merit.

I think partly it’s due to generations of kids raised to become narcissists. People like that can’t be reasoned with. The pathology runs too deep.
Theories abound on what causes narcissism but there’s agreement that it starts at an early age and is encouraged by poor parenting. Specifically, parenting that overpraises and makes the child the center of the universe. My personal thoughts are that Dr Spock had a lot to do with this type of thinking, preaching to a generation of parents who had recently lived through the hardship of the Great Depression and then a World War. The instinct to overpamper and indulge was understandable but created a generation of young monsters who came to bloom in the 60′s.
These narcissistic monsters, never having done anything to earn the praise that was showered on them, grew older and more sophisticated in every respect but the most important one – wisdom.
And by burrowing into the educational and media establishments they’ve ruined following generations.
    Just some random, meandering thoughts.

The leftist have been grandfathered in from the 60′s mentality. They are the entitled ones born of radical egalitarianism who believe government owes them for past offenses. They are victims sloven to a ‘fact’ of past oppression that must be recompensed for living under the ‘man’.

They are tantrum laden childlike refugees who must take control of the cheesline
distribution. They are those who say ‘your fathers ate the raw grapes and now our children’s teeth are set on edge.’

They are the most unwelcome in the kingdom of God, unwilling to take for themselves the recompense of their own making. Their bed is made by their own hand and hate the fact they must bed down themselves down in it.

They sleep with dreams of a better bed and detest those with better comfort. They want the best but have no desire to buy better from working. They want what you have and will take it out of envy because working harder to have more is not as appealing as theft.

They are selfish in that they feel that they’ve transcended the need for religion, at least in the otherworldly sense.
They are humanists, and as such believe that perfection can be achieved by humanity through correction.
I believe that to be the biggest difference between the conservative and liberal mind.
Conservatives tend to realize that humans are imperfect by nature, and thus place their faith in themselves and whatever form of spirituality they choose to embrace individually, while involving the least amount of influence from others who are inherently flawed.
Liberals seem to place their faith entirely in other like-minded people and believe that humanity is in control of its universe and can influence it towards a state of universal happiness through the imposition of ideas.

I hate to oversue the forg in warm water argument but incrementalism does work. the left has been pushing this shit for going close to 40 years now and look where we are.
They laid the groundwork by capturing the schools and the media. Media covers the present brainwashing needs while the schools take care opf the future.
The only good thing I can see in all this is that I’m heartened that even after 40 years of brainwashing there’s still roughly half of us that call bullshit on them. And that’s a testament to something strong in the American character, IMO.
the other good thing is that this President and the rpesent he got in a Democratically controlled Congress is overreaching and waking lots of people up. His hubris may play in our favor. What I can’t calculate is how much damage he can do before enough wake up or what lengths he’s willing to go to complete our subjugation.
I spent a dozen years patrolling the frontiers of freedom during the Cold War and rejoiced when the Wall came down, thinking we’d won. only to find that we’ve been seriously infected at home and have domestic enemies right in our midst.
This fight will be harder because the enemies are in among us. But I take heart in the fact that as Beck says, we also surround them.

Animals feel the pain of religious slaughter
    Excerpt:

Brain signals have shown that calves do appear to feel pain when slaughtered according to Jewish and Muslim religious law, strengthening the case for adapting the practices to make them more humane.

“I think our work is the best evidence yet that it’s painful,” says Craig Johnson, who led the study at Massey University in Palmerston North, New Zealand.

Johnson summarised his results last week in London when receiving an award from the UK Humane Slaughter Association. His team also showed that if the animal is concussed through stunning, signals corresponding to pain disappear.

It sounds to me as though the author of this piece has never actually talked to a “fundamentalist Christian.”
He writes of them as though they are caricatures of what he thinks or assumes they must be like.

How to talk to complete idiots By Mark Morford, SF Gate Columnist

That page has a reader comment section, if you’d like to leave your views there about his opinions.

    Excerpt:

There are three basic ways to talk to complete idiots.

….The first is to assail them with facts, truths, scientific data, the commonsensical obviousness of it all.

Examples? Endless. You may, for instance, attempt to explain evolution to an extreme fundamentalist Christian. You may offer up carbon dating, the fossil record, glaciers, any one of 10,000 irrefutable proofs.

You may even dare to talk about the Bible as the clever, completely manufactured, man-made piece of heavily politicized, massively edited, literary myth-making it so very much is, using all sorts of sound academic evidence and historical record.

You are, of course, insane beyond belief to try this, but sometimes you just can’t help it. To the educated mind, it seems inconceivable that millions of people will choose rabid ignorance and childish fantasy over, say, a polar bear. Permafrost. Rocks. Nag Hammadi. But they will, and they do.

Faced with this mountain of factual obviousness, the bewildered fundamentalist will merely leap back as if you just jabbed him with a flaming homosexual cattle prod, and then fall into a swoon about how neat it is that angels can fly.

Those people would be voting again. It doesn’t fix the issue in the long term, one might suggest that it wouldn’t last more than an election or two.

It is the voter we have to change, but when the liberals promise free money and no need to work because they’ll take it from ‘the rich’ (which only lasts until the rich leave), and the conservatives promise that with hard work and discipline, you can take responsibility for yourself and MAYBE pull a net gain in life…… it is hard to sell conservativism to someone who expects free handouts.

Actually, during the “transformation” all Offices NOT critical to operations of the nation and its defense will become null and void. The changes must be swift, and stable. New election laws built off of the old will be enforced. National requirement for I.D. to vote and proof of citizenship must be shown. All laws in the Original Constitution up to 1858 will remain in effect.
A National vote for Office will be required within 9 months of completion.

OT: Is it possible to add something to the format of a WordPress post to show the date/time of the most recent comment along with the total number of comments?

It would be nice if we could see the most recent comment date/time next to the total number of comments on the posts here so that it would be easier to spot if the post has had any new comments since we were here last.

    Thanks.

A coupla weeks ago I went to a “Parents’ Night” at the local Hi Skool.

The history teacher, a professional student by his own admission, advised us that over the summer he’d read a book that “changed his life.”

He was touting Thomas Friedman’s book “The World is Flat.” This is the same environmentalist fanatic who, in September 2009, declared his love for the chinese communist system of government, as they had the rule of fiat.

You wonder where the left gets it’s influence?

  393. 395 | October 15, 2009 11:12 pm

    LGF loaded fine for me.

    I’ve been investigating.

Charles has a thread up, suggesting that a man named John Gimbel, aged 59, is a right wing extremist because he sent an email threatening to kill Obama and his family.

I did a little research, something Charles may want to look up in a dictionary, and found out some interesting things.

First, I don’t see him as a ‘right wing extremist’ . . . just a scumbag nutball. Why? Because he also made threats against President Bush and against Police in general:

“He’s threatened members of our staff. He’s threatened dozens of other individuals and on various occasions, the president,” said the sheriff.
Gimball was convicted of making threats toward Police Chief Doug Plack in 2004 on computer, according to Crescent City Police Department reports. Information about his sentence in that case was not available.

“His most recent arrest was for contempt of court and making annoying telephone calls,” Wilson said of Gimball. “He calls my office on average once a week or more. He contacts us and leaves lots of threatening messages.”

Wilson said the Secret Service had picked up Gimball before on suspicion of making threats toward former President George W. Bush.

“The feds have been here several times for Mr. Gimball under the Bush administration and under the Obama administration — he is a non-partisan offender,” said Wilson.

So the cops involved, who deal with this nut regularly say that he’s non-partisan. That took 1 minute of research. I spent the next 5 or 6 looking for a picture of Mr. Gimbel. Couldn’t find one. Anywhere. At all.

I did find this, though, which is an offensive and racist screed he submitted for a lawsuit against the County he apparently lived in, for arresting him for calling for cops to get assassinated by people with ‘deer rifles’.

Most of it is the unreadable rantings of a hateful soul. But near the end, something caught my eye. I could be wrong, and if someone has pictures of this guy that show otherwise, I’ll gladly admit it…. but the left keeps trying to push this ‘They hate Obama because they’re racist” stance…. and this guy calls himself “the greatest nig who ever lived.” and referred to some Saundra Armgstrong as a “black-cracker”

…. is Gimbel Black? If so, is the press (which will not show his picture) and lgf passing off an insane black man who hates authority as a ‘racist right winger’?

  394. 396 | October 15, 2009 11:15 pm

BTW, the second link is to a PDF file.

It was submitted as a lawsuit, but the judge dismissed it without investigation based upon the language used, the personal insults and the general hateful tone.

I’d put down money that he didn’t read it. He just bought it, read some reviews and a “Cliff’s Notes” version, then put it in a place where people can see it.

Lefties read such books like most people ‘read’ the wall stree journal: They don’t. They just want to be seen as intellectual, so they carry it around so they can be seen with it.

I used to read the wall street journal, and used to go around making up stories to test whoever I saw with one. “Hey, did you see the story about [whatever wasn't in there]?”

half the time I’d get “Yeah! Isn’t that amazing?” or some variation of that.

I swear, these days I feel like I somehow fell through the looking glass. There isn’t enough time in the day to go through all the lies, broken promises and terrorist-worship that still exists on video or audio and to this day can still be heard or seen, while the lefties quote fiction they **claim** was spouted by the right, that they can’t even find the source for, much less prove ever happened. But they quote it as fact and ignore all the piles of evidence they have left behind for all to see, pretending it’s not even there.

    good work…
    I found this…
“Federal authorities visited Gimbel in 2007 as well, after he threatened to “kill Bush and his family. Decapitate them with axes.” During the visit, Secret Service agents interviewed one of his sisters, who said Gimbel was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and was troubled after being discharged from the military. Documents also note that Gimbel owns several guns.”

The guy is a diagnosed PARANOID SCHIZOPHRENIC!!!
Maybe Chucky should have done that research… I would love to see a picture of this guy a the coup de grace

John Gimbel has a record of threatening to kill government officials:

April 2004: Gimbel is accused of making threats in an e-mail complaining about a $5 parking ticket, saying he would deputize “all of the citizens of Crescent City. … Grab those high-powered deer rifles, each and every, and get in groups of 50 and more and go breeze away to dust the skull of the police chief.”

May 1, 2007: Gimbel sends an e-mail to NBC Universal to “kill Bush and his family.”

May 7 and 13, 2007: Gimbel sends e-mails to 80 U.S. representatives and senators asking them to kill President George W. Bush.

May 14, 2007: The Secret Service visits Gimbel at his Crescent City home. He tells them he
is “harmless.” He said, “I just make ugly comments.”

June 2007-June 2009: Gimbel sends more than 20 threatening e-mails.

Sept. 7: Secret Service once again visits Gimbel.

Oct. 13: Gimbel is indicted for threatening President Barack Obama

    http://www.sfexaminer.com/local/64415727.html

ALL thoe other stuff before 9/7 is irrelevant. The only thing that matters is that he threatened Zero

The reason why I question it come from the pdf I linked to. he calls himself a ‘nig’ and calls this saundra armstrong lady a ‘black-cracker’

since I already distrust that I can’t find one picture of this guy, which a long criminal record, after an assassination threat on the President, that really raises a red flag for me.

Except to boost ratings. Did the “bone in the nose” comment really happen and what is the context? It may be a racists remark, and I stress may, but one remark doesn’t make you a racist. Rush’s number two guy “Snerdley” is black and my favorite economist in the world, Walter Williams, is black and often subs for Rush. I can’t imagine under what context saying Mao is your favorite philosopher could lead one to not think that you are a communist.

I’d like to think that happened, or were they so oblivious that such an admission meant nothing?
