there is a little science behind that. h1n1 looks like the swine flu fromthe 50’s and the 70’s the elderly tend to have some immunity, in fact, anyone exposed to the swine flu in the 70’s has some immunity to h1n1.

h1n1 hits the young HARD. i’ve seen it happen, the young/healthy immune system reaction goes in to hyperdrive. the older dont have the hyper immune system to this strain and dont get hit with the symptoms nearly as hard.

this is a young persons flu…just like 1918

Two months after H1N1 flu vaccine was first distributed to public health districts around the country, people 65 and older with serious medical conditions still can’t get vaccinated.

I don’t get it. They’ve been talking like H1N1 is the Second Coming of the Black Death but they still haven’t manufactured enough vaccine. There’s something fishy there. In any event, this kind of denying health care to the old and chronically ill will undoubtably be a major component of ObamaCare if it passes. It can’t help but be.
