Honor Killer will not face Death Penalty because he’s Muslim

by Rodan ( 173 Comments › )
Filed under Dhimmitude, Islamic Supremacism, Leftist-Islamic Alliance, Liberal Fascism, Progressives, Sharia (Islamic Law), Terrorism at February 21st, 2010 - 2:30 pm

Arizona has the death penalty for murder. In America the law is supposed to apply equally to all our citizens. Well this is no longer the case in Progressive Americans. Faleh Almaleki who murdered his daughter because she was too American and not Islamic enough, will not face the death penalty. The reason: He’s a Muslim!

The decision not to seek the death penalty comes after Almaleki’s attorney, Billy Little, a public defender, asked a judge to take special precautions to ensure the County Attorney’s Office wouldn’t wrongly seek the death penalty because Almaleki is a Muslim.

Little requested that the office make public the process it uses to determine whether to seek capital punishment.

“An open process provides some level of assurance that there is no appearance that a Christian is seeking to execute a Muslim for racial, political, religious or cultural beliefs,” Little wrote, referring to County Attorney Andrew Thomas’ Christian faith.

Wow, so basically Muslims can murder without facing the death penalty in America. This I feel is borderline Unconstitutional and Un-American. Why should Muslims be treated any differently than the rest of us?  It seems in progressive America some are more equal than others, especially is they are Islamic.

    In other news…

While driving my cab today I saw a tea party at the intersection of Central and University avenues in Northeast Minneapolis. There’s apparently a significant labor union building on that corner and a public park on the other side of the intersection.

I honked my horn as I drove by.

Murdering your kid is a “cultural difference”. Kind of like fucking the kids (see NoThreat’s link thread previous). Islam is evil. There is no other word in the English language for violent pedophiles.

I had three male Somali passengers in my cab this morning. They insisted that I turn the car radio on to the local public radio “news” station. at the time it was replaying the BBC World Service. The program was apparently a sermon from the Church of Che where the mass murdering psychopath was being praised to the ceiling along with that farm expert Robert Mugabe. The Somalis also tried to short me on the fare.

    Must be cultural.

People of Arizona : It’s time to seek the immediate firing of County prosecutor and dhimmi Laura Reckart

This needs to be forwarded to Bill O’Reilly. We need a camera in her face ASAP.

She needs to be fired immediately!

I’m not sure that this is being interpreted correctly. The defense attorney is asking that the prosecutor not “wrongly seek the death penalty because he is a muslim” The prosecutor’s office need merely respond that they are seeking the death penalty not because the perp is a muslim but because he murdered his own daughter in cold blood and that he did this as a pre-meditated and planned act.

I spoke with a field member of staff of the UNRWA in Beirut and he (a long time and proud member of the PLO) told me while we were sipping orange juice that they are also fed up with the NGO’s. They can’t stand them any longer. The criticism was the same as you would hear from other areas: driving big SUVs, spending a lot of money for themselves, doing nothing else then advertising for their home-NOG, making some pictures and leaving. It was a curious situation ;-)

THe Court is saying that the 14th Amendmentg does not apply to

    chidren of Muslims,

The Equal Protection Clause, part of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, provides that “no state shall … deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws

This looks to me not just Dhimmitude but probably an unconstitutional
denial of equal protection to the murdered daughter.

The MCAO continues to pursue the death penalty in appropriate
murder cases. In 2008, there were 127 cases pending in the Maricopa
County Superior Court in which a notice of intent to seek the
death penalty had been filed. The County Attorney’s Office has its
most tenured prosecutors working in the Homicide Bureau. These
attorneys, with an average of 18 years of prosecutorial experience,
are dedicated to securing just verdicts in death penalty cases.

This is how perverse islam is. It so twists the love that a parent would normally feel for a child into something so hideous and evil.
A conditional affection that could turn to murder because of shit written in a book by a mad man.
This is the power that islam can have over human beings. It is a dangerous screed that turns people into monsters.

This is a perfect new job market. Every one wants to have a job either in the civil service or in a NGO. I’ve an academic friend with three master degrees and a Ph.d. who – although self-employed – always worked for the government. Now he is working with NOG’s because there is the money.

In the ME I met so many young people from all over the Western world working for NGO’s (of course always on behalf of Palestinian refugees) I couldn’t believe it. The camps are swamped with them. Some refugees like them because they rob them blind ;-)

Where are the women’s rights groups? Why aren’t they marching in the streets? People in Az. should be picketing the court house when this goes to trial. And muzz should be excluded from the jury. Or there won’t even be a conviction.
At some point when the muzz become more populous in this country it may become difficult to convict them of anything. Infidels have no say over the muzz. How can we expect them to be impartial on a jury. The legal system is not prepared for this. It is going to get interesting.

Israel unveils new drone fleet that can reach Iran

TEL NOF AIR FORCE BASE, Israel – Israel’s air force on Sunday introduced a fleet of huge pilotless planes that can remain in the air for a full day and could fly as far as the Persian Gulf, putting rival Iran within its range.

The Heron TP drones have a wingspan of 86 feet (26 meters), making them the size of Boeing 737 passenger jets and the largest unmanned aircraft in Israel’s military. The planes can fly at least 20 consecutive hours and are primarily used for surveillance and carrying diverse payloads.

At the fleet’s inauguration ceremony at a sprawling air base in central Israel, the drone dwarfed an F-15 fighter jet parked beside it. The unmanned plane resembles its predecessor, the Heron, but can fly higher, reaching an altitude of more than 40,000 feet (12,000 meters), and remain in the air longer.

“With the inauguration of the Heron TP, we are realizing the air force’s dream,” said Brig. Gen. Amikam Norkin, commander of the base that will operate the drones. “The Heron TP is a technological and operational breakthrough.”

The commander of Israel’s air force, Maj. Gen. Ido Nehushtan, said the aircraft “has the potential to be able to conduct new missions down the line as they become relevant.”

Yeah, I’ll just bet they do.

To be fair: ten of thousends children are born by Muslim mothers out of marriage and the fathers don’t kill the daughters. At least I can say this for Europe. But I agree the problem with Muslims and “honor-killing” is a problem.

If they try to change the rules and to consider their origin ( ? ) into a penalty than maybe we should treat them like their country of origin. Stone them, cut their hands off etc. We will see how they will respond.

Been waiting for a CJ comment. Apparently a number of bloggers and twitterers are calling him out on the Glenn Beck = Hitler snark. The rest of his comments about Beck are just whiney petulant namecalling.

Earlier today he posted a vid link where Heritage Foundation’s Conn Carrol interviewed him. I wasted 37-1/2 minutes of my life listening to what amounted to drivel. Carroll was polite enough, CJ did his typical “If Someone Is Within 50 feet of a White Supremist as I Define Him/Her/Group, Then He/She/Group Is/Are White Supremists Also” dance. As the conversation winds down, King Liz flips Carroll off (twice) by accusing The Heritage Foundation of promoting creationism. What a pantload. [Link]

Laura Reckart, a county prosecutor, responded that Little’s concern about the “supposed bias” of the office’s death-penalty-review process was “without legitimate factual or legal basis.”

She wrote that the state can seek the death penalty for any person convicted of first-degree murder if it can prove the existence of at least one aggravating factor, not because of religion.

However, the debate stopped there. On Tuesday, Reckart filed a motion indicating prosecutors would not seek the death penalty.

Mike Scerbo, a spokesman for the County Attorney’s Office, declined to comment on the decision.

    But the issue was raised.

    @ chickadee:

BTW is this is idea of an apology? He needs to issue one. There is no excuse for what he said. It was just plain stupid.

He enver apologize. Even if you would catch him with his finger in the chocolate cake his mouth smeared with chocolate he would say: “I didn’t” like a 2-years old.

What he wrote was plain stupid.
