Never forget that these nice people were once sentient law-abiding citizens just like yourselves, prior to the insidious onslaught commonly referred to as El Rayo Estupido.

This is an open forum for Advanced Fuldkommen Gak and other miscellaneous topics of interest. The line forms to the rear.

We don’t need THAT kind of health INSURANCE reform. What the dems are proposing has nothing to do with improving health care since the U.S. has the best health care in the world.

It’s got everything to do with nationalizing the insurance industry, buying votes and expanding the entitlement system so that more people are dependent upon the government to provide services that traditionally have been provided by private entities and taxing the rest of us to pay for it through the nose. Forever.

But you already knew that, right? ;)

Did you hear about the Texas teacher who was helping one of her
kindergarten students put on his cowboy boots?
He asked for help and she could see why…
Even with her pulling and him pushing, the little boots still didn’t want
to go on. By the time they got the second boot on, she had worked up a
    sweat.
She almost cried when the little boy said, ‘Teacher, they’re on the wrong
feet.’ She looked, and sure enough, they were. It wasn’t any easier
pulling the boots off than it was putting them on. She managed to keep her
cool as together they worked to get the boots back on, this time on the
    right feet..
He then announced, ‘These aren’t my boots.’
She bit her tongue rather than get right in his face and scream, ‘Why
didn’t you say so?’ like she wanted to. Once again, she struggled to help
him pull the ill-fitting boots off his little feet. No sooner had they
gotten the boots off when he said, ‘They’re my brother’s boots. My mom
    made me wear ‘em.’
Now she didn’t know if she should laugh or cry. But, she mustered up what
grace and courage she had left to wrestle the boots on his feet again.
Helping him into his coat, she asked, ‘Now, where are your mittens?’
He said, ‘I stuffed ‘em in the toes of my boots.’
She will be eligible for parole in three years.

According to a study from King Juan Carlos University in Madrid, for every “green job” created by Spain’s solar subsidies, 2.2 jobs in other sectors were destroyed and $758,471 was spent to create each green job. Germany is also paying dearly for their solar subsidies. A study commissioned by the Institute for Energy Research (IER), found per worker subsidies for solar industry jobs are as high as $240,000.

Spending six figures for temporary “green jobs” is not A Strategy for American Innovation.

ROTFLMAO… Going to that showing would cause a stupid that medicine just could not cure.

And a gallon of eye bleach would be necessary, at least a gallon.

    @ tanker on the horizon:
90% of income at retirement is a helluva a lot period. I know insurance companies that will only cover about 2/3′s of your income for disability purposes. Why can’t retirement income be capped the same way? After all most people by then probably own a house, they don’t need the same needs as when they are working. Anything more then that is just plain greedy.

How are they going to afford a second home at the Jersey Shore?

Don’t you know there is cost benifit to owning instead of paying the casino for a room every other week.
