Well, it is difficult to break laminated plywood like that with your head. Even though it only looked like 3/8″ plywood, all it did was bend around his head. What was he thinking? He would have been better off slamming his head down on a 1/2″ thick piece of pine board held up with cinder blocks.

I did read about the conclusion that it was a N. Korean torpedo that sank the South Korean Navy ship, and the usual belligerence from the norks in response.

The NOrks always threaten to destroy the south. they do that in their newspapers at least 3 times a week. While the south would take it in face (especailly Seoul), the north would be wiped out. Of course the north has nothing worth taking.

When I was in the 2nd D in Korea way back in ’79 the nork army was said to be the 5th largest in the world. I am not sure of its capability today. I know the South Koreans were bad ass.

would be responsible for a destitute welfare state.
I had some experience with ROK Marines. The expression ‘take no prisoners” was a way of life for them.

Well, yeah, I’d be a bit upset. But I sure wouldn’t go on a seething rampage and wouldn’t call for the death of people who participated. Unlike Mo and his buddy Al, MY God is big enough to handle insults himself.
