Comments and respectful debate are both welcome and encouraged.

Comments are the sole opinion of the comment writer, just as each thread posted is the sole opinion or post idea of the administrator that posted it or of the readers that have written guest posts for the Blogmocracy.

Obscene, abusive, or annoying remarks may be deleted or moved to spam for admin review, but the fact that particular comments remain on the site in no way constitutes an endorsement of their content by any other commenter or the admins of this Blogmocracy.

We're not easily offended and don't want people to think they have to walk on eggshells around here (like at another place that shall remain nameless) but of course, there is a limit to everything.

Play nice!

I think they’ve just about gotten all of the mileage out of the “Blame Bush” thing that they can possibly get. That being said, the left loves to be lied to and MSM has made a career out of lying to everybody. The old axiom of “tell the lie often enough…” doesn’t get the same traction that it did in the pre-internet days. The polls show that the public ain’t buyin it.

That appears to be their mantra for 2010. Since Bush’s stock has risen considerably in the last 18 months, that may not be a good idea. Let’s be honest though; do they really have anything else? Their only accomplishment so far has been to ram through a health bill that most Americans do not want. Are they going to run on that? Or is more rhetoric about the need to “build bridges” going to justify upgrading Syrian ties for a slap in the face in return or the mysterious search for “moderate Hizbullah?”

    .

All that they have to run on is trying to create fear.
The Regime disrespects the will of the American people & disdains
traditional allies like Israel & England.
His reaching out to & apologizing to the Muslim World does not play
play well with voters. They might love him in Europe but
    not here.

A lot of people here have decided they don’t love him that much after all. When all the dust has settled, Europeans as well as Americans fear an Iranian bomb more than the specter of Karl Rove. If Obama where to start talking in his arse-backwards way about moral equivalency and disproportionate force when Iran really starts stirring the waters, they would all demand the return of the “idiot cowboy” that they spat at for years.

As for Americans, it seems that most people’s greatest fear right now concerns employment, which is something Obama will occasionally talk about but it frankly doesn’t concern him. Plenty of Dems. need to start getting their resumés up on monster.com because they will soon be out of a job as well.

It is becoming more & more clear that Obama is incompetent & sees
his job as one big opportunity to party.
He also has a lack of loyalty toward this nation.’
This citizen of the World crap has worn thin.
