This almost breaks my heart…But not quite!
I think I’ll survive! Hasta la vista, pendejos!
And of course, the libturd media attempts to make us feel sorry for them. Boo-freakin’-hoo. GO HOME, illegals!!!
Where I live in Summit County, Colorado, the illegals have bankrupted all of our social services (they reproduce like cockroaches, and we pay for their babies) and schools, which are forced to have numerous “English as A Second Language” courses.
Those dollars take away money that should be spent teaching American kids. Test scores here are in the crapper, and it’s because of illegal criminal aliens.
Grab a towel. You’ll need it. These foreigners are leaving…Try not to cry….
Migrants sell up, flee Arizona ahead of crackdown
* Tough state immigration crackdown starts on Thursday
* Boom in yard sales as migrants sell off belongings
* Legal residents, US-born children join scramble to leave
By Tim Gaynor
PHOENIX, July 25 (Reuters) – Nicaraguan mother Lorena Aguilar hawks a television set and a few clothes on the baking sidewalk outside her west Phoenix apartment block.
A few paces up the street, her undocumented Mexican neighbor Wendi Villasenor touts a kitchen table, some chairs and a few dishes as her family scrambles to get out of Arizona ahead of a looming crackdown on illegal immigrants.
“Everyone is selling up the little they have and leaving,” said Villasenor, 31, who is headed for Pennsylvania. “We have no alternative. They have us cornered.”
The two women are among scores of illegal immigrant families across Phoenix hauling the contents of their homes into the yard this weekend as they rush to sell up and get out before the state law takes effect on Thursday.
The law, the toughest imposed by any U.S. state to curb illegal immigration, seeks to drive more than 400,000 undocumented day laborers, landscapers, house cleaners, chambermaids and other workers out of Arizona, which borders Mexico.
It makes being an illegal immigrant a state crime and requires state and local police, during lawful contact, to investigate the status of anyone they reasonably suspect of being an illegal immigrant.
The U.S. government estimates 100,000 unauthorized migrants left Arizona after the state passed an employer sanctions law three years ago requiring companies to verify workers’ status using a federal computer system. There are no figures for the number who have left since the new law passed in April.
Some are heading back to Mexico or to neighboring states. Others are staying put and taking their chances.

This means the law is working. That is why the Obama Administration is suing Arizona. We mustn’t do anything to impede the free fl;ow of crystal meth across our borders in Arizona, after all. Then where would Obama get his stash?
I’m all for ending illegal immigration, ending the masses of money poured into ESL courses, printing ballots in 15 languages and supporting early retirement for people who, because of the nature of the work they do, simply aren’t able to put in a 40 year career. The Arizona law, or something similar, is the way to go.
But I think they need to cut out the provision which requires them to check the status of anyone they ‘have reason to suspect’ is in the country (state) illegally, and just require a status check for everyone.
I am sorry but my give a sh*t meter seems to be busted. I wonder what this will do for the unemployment rate for the actual American citizens?
And…barring any ruling otherwise from Judge Susan Bolton, it really goes into effect mañana. Adios Illegals!
Hasta la vista? I sure hope not….how do you say, “see you in hell” in Illegal Alien?
…and Villasenor is in for a rude reception in the Keystone State, some of our townships have preemptively passed laws to deny illegal
aliens housing and schools.

This would be an easy fix for the state legislature. IIRC, Russell Pearce (one of the authors of SB1070) has already said they’re waiting for Judge Bolton’s ruling to do just that.
@ Macker:
I wonder what the ACLU, the Obamessiah, UpChuck & his merry band of sycophants, and the rest of the left will bitch about then? I guess it’ll still impact illegals more than the rest of the population, so it’s still RAAACCIST!
@ mfhorn:
They don’t want to teach Hispanic Immigrants english. It’s part of the Left’s paln to make Hispanics their slaves. If the Republicans were smart and they are not, they shoul;d make Hispanic resentful towards White Progressives over not allowing them to integrate like other immigrant groups.
The Problem are the Progressives and their La Raza slaves.
When I was passing through Holland on the way back from a three year absence from the USA, I was watching Dutch carpenters and preservationist disassemble a 500 year old building for storage so they could stabilize the soils and reconstruct it. I was at the time a construction super with an interest in historical preservation. I spoke with their lead asking if I could get on as a laborer with the idea of learning their procedures, and received a positive response.
I went back to my hotel and decided against it, I was on a tourist visa on a layover. It wasn’t my place to interfere in the Dutch economy for my own selfish gain.
Then there was that getting caught and never being able to walk though Schipol Airport unmolested ever again.
Cry me a river indeed over the interlopers here in America today, white, brown, yellow, or black, y’all weren’t invited and you’re interfering in our society and economy, which its citizens have a right to determine how it will progress or be stabilized to our benefit.
Don’t tell me about your dreams either, we all have them, and they are often left unfulfilled rather than achieved. Further, yours are illicit and would be squelched by conscious if you were of the human material needed to help this country stabilize and the progress.
@ mfhorn:
I agree with that. There are many illegal Poles, Russians and Irish who are involved in criminal activity and should be deported. Most nations check the residency status of all within its borders.
@ Scott Madsen:
The people that hire illegals are to blame as well. If you had illegally worked on that Dutch project, that would be on them. The government and businesses are to blame for all this.
Some of those stories don’t add up. If I was legalized there and others weren’t I’d stay and clean up on adjusting labor price.
I believe Heinlein addressed to point of requiring national identity cards a time or two. “THe Diaries of Lazarus Long” ?
Any citizen would do well to stay. They will be treated great and as equals and be able to move their dreams forward.
I want them out because I don’t want them turned into voters who will keep the progs in office and further weaken our country. zero thinks they are his ticket to re-election in 2012. And he has us lined up to pay for them as they prop him up. No thanks.

Yeah. The business about the legal immigrants smells kinda rank. If a legal immigrant is splitting AZ, that can only mean two things:
1) They’re not really or fully “legal”, or
2) The hysterical left has managed to convince them that they’re in a danger that they’re not really in.
Int the first case, shame on the immigrant, and in the second case, shame on the left.

The Left’s hysteria has worked with many legal immigrants. Also the ignorant elements of the right and their Hispanophobia have contributed to it as well. The Illegal issue has been hijacked by the Progressives-La Raza loons and the Buchananite anti-Hispanic bigots. What is a simple nationals security/law enforcement issue has been turned into a cultural fight.
I suspect the Saudis are funding both sides of the hysterics in this debate.
School test scores are in the crapper because evil progressive thugs control our schools (and every other aspect, media, government, even the way we think, and our lives). Even public schools without illegal alien children have crap test scores.
If we were to get rid of all the illegal aliens tomorrow, our public schools would still have crap test scores.
Yes, we need to end illegal immigration. But it’s just a symptom of the ultimate problem. Our ‘progressive’ ruling class is just plain evil and it’s the cause of everything that’s wrong in America and the world.
@ Rodan:
You’re right. Something for everybody.
@ midwestgak:
Stash-shes. Water board Bernanke and you’ll find another huge gob of it.
@ Rodan:
BTW, this is doubly cynical for the left to be pushing this “legal immigrants are in danger” meme; that’s their stated reason for not requiring photo ID for voting, and not asking about citizenship. The cynicism is as transparent as a window, but there it is.
@ Rodan:
The AZ governor would do well to come out with a radio address stating clearly all citizens are equal members of the communities in AZ, they are neighbors and friends. State clearly they will prosper in AZ and see to it everybody gets the picture clearly both those working for the State government and all USA citizens.
And on their way out, they need to clean up the filth and debris they left behind on their way in.
Take it back to Mexico. It is a crime how they have damaged the desert.
And just as big a crime that no progs are speaking out abt it.
Great News!!!

Legal immigrants can get a photo ID and prove citizenship. How do they claim it endangers legal immigrants?
@ m:
The talking point out on the Spanish radio stations is that the law requires police to arrest any Hispanics they see. The left is cynically using them.
@ m:
About the voting, they claim it was a “chilling effect”. Yeah. Obviously.
We just can’t deport all those undocumented workers! Guess what, we won’t have to, they’ll deport themselves. Arizona lost a lot of illegals when they required E-verify for all employees. Now they’re losing a lot more, unfortunately they are coming to my home state, New Mexico. Reports from realtors that they are getting a lot of calls from Arizona area codes from folks that can’t speak much English and an influx of cars with Arizona plates in certain sections of Albuquerque are anecdotal evidence of this. I predict the Albuquerque school district will have a record number of enrollees this coming semester. They have more than three months to get drivers licenses because we don’t check for citizenship and then through the Motor Voter Act they can register to vote in the coming elections.
@ snork:
That’s when we need people that speak Spanish to call in and call them on their lies. Good Lord do they have no conscience?
Rhetorical. I know the answer.

We have a had a big problem with Somali immigrants in one particular town and this place is known as a place to come for the Somali immigrant population. We get houses for them, give them money, free schools, free everything.
But something must have changed when I wasn’t paying attention. When it was time to renew my driver’s license last year I had to show a hard copy of my actual birth certificate even though I already had a valid Maine license. I didn’t even have my birth certificate and had to ask my father to mail it to me.
However we still do not require an ID when voting, which is crazy in my opinion.

something similar happened in WA. Now, it’s damn near impossible for a white American to get a driver’s licence. It’s completely nuts.

A Hispanic acquaintance of hers was all freaked out when she said she was going to AZ on business…”But you are brown, aren’t you afraid they are going to arrest you? ” My co-worker told her “Are you crazy, the cops have better things to do than just randomly pulling people over and hassling them because they are brown. Nearly everyone is AZ is brown because of the sun”. LOL.
She’s Muslim btw, but not super devout. She won’t eat pork but she does like to drink…and the Taliban would have a hell of a fight on their hands trying to force her into a burkha.

They had no warrant. No crime had been committed. All because this guy bought ammo for a gun he owned before he moved to Maryland from a store that “voluntarily” kept a list at the request of the state police of ammo sales.

Nope, the propaganda is working with even the English speaking ones as well. See there is an elemnt of Hispanophobia in this illegal issue and the Left is using examples of anti-Hispanic bigotry and Mexico bashing to convinced many Hispanics that we are hated and despised.
The Right is stupid and doesn’t get Hispanic Conservatives to confront the Progressive lies and explain this is about residency status and not some ethnic targetting. Instead our side has a smug attitude that oh people will see it’s a lie and we stay silent as anti-Hispanic types hijack this issue, thus causing resentment in the Hispanic community.
My own Mom almost fell for this crap until I explained it to her. That’s what the Right needs to do, get Hispanics to tell the others we are being lied to.
