Yid With Lid: Anti-Jewish Hatred From The Folks Who Call The Tea Party Racist

by snork ( 136 Comments › )
Filed under Leftist-Islamic Alliance, Liberal Fascism, Progressives at September 9th, 2010 - 11:30 am

Here’s a little trip through the leftosphere, with some cartoons that could literally be right out of Der Sturmer. A few samples:

Another cartoon on DC Indymedia compared the war in Gaza with the genocide of Jews by the Nazis

Or this:

Another DC Indymedia favorite suggests that not only do Israeli leaders intentionally kill Palestinian children, but they practice infanticide to get votes.

Read the whole thing. And remember that these are the people calling ordinary Americans bigots.

The Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs, published a report which examines Anti-Semitic cartoon content used in some of the major progressive sites, such as Mondoweiss, The Daily Kos and Indymedia. Some of the content of these blogs pointed out in this report is short of startling. The sites use “political cartoons: to reinforce negative stereotypes against Jews. The cartoons cloak their Antisemitism in a veil “anti-Israelism.”

This is not in any way to suggest that all anti-Israel expressions are anti-Semitic, but it is clear that these cartoons have crossed the line. The cartoons show Jews or Israelis as being Nazis trying to paint Jews as the ultimate evil and at the same time diminishing the evil of the Holocaust. Other illustrations try to perpetuate the anti-Semitic canard that Jews control the world, or the blood libel about Jews using Gentile children to satisfy some imagined blood-lust.

All this is happening despite the fact that these blogs publish policies which expressly prohibit content which contains, “hateful” or “inflammatory” content, most of the time, these hate cartoons are not removed from these sites.

Because they’re special.

What makes the hatred of these sites so hypocritical is are usually the first to label any criticism of President Obama as racial hatred. Some progressives under the umbrella of George Soros’ Media Matters have even created a website to track the non-existent racist hatred coming from the Tea Party movement. Maybe before they look to find hatred that doesn’t exist from the Tea Party movement, they should look to clean up their own house.

Sorry, but they’re headed in the other direction.

As long as you couch it in the right terms, anti-Semitism is perfectly OK with the Left. It always has been. If your kin is the right color, you can get away with some pretty brazen statements. Just ask Jessee Jackson…

  5. 5 | September 9, 2010 12:04 pm

Today’s modern anti-semitism is cloaked in the “respectful” anti-zionism. The leftist “anti-zionists” will say that they aren’t against Jews or the Jewish people, they are just against the state of Israel. Of course the fact that the Israeli state is largely Jewish is besides the point. If you go to any anti-zionist protest you will see the same anti-semitic hatred being yelled, implied or openly stated. Sadly, most of it is given media attention without the hatred being mentioned.

At one Gaza Flotilla protest earlier this summer, the media interviewed a Jew that was marching with the “Anti-zionists” who stated his jewishness and that he was against the IDF attacks on the ships. This protest of course was organized by the Palestinan House.

Maybe you guys missed the last paragraph, which is the other side of the coin:

That’s the irony piled on top of atrociousness. No bigotry to be seen in their own ranks, but they have these hair-triggered bigotry detectors that they use to libel Americans who want to participate in democracy.

I need brain bleach after seeing just the examples you show here.

We need a special category to track George Soros, all his pomps, and all his works. Including Soros himself, his activities in the financial sphere, his meetings with dignitaries, the activities of Soros-front groups, etc. etc. etc.

    IMPORTANT QUESTION:

Snork, I would like your permission to republish Who Is George Schwartz on 1389 Blog. I willl, of course, credit you as the author and link back to the original on Blogmocracy.

When you think of the whacko that is going to burn the Korans on Saturday, think of this:

Military burns unsolicited Bibles sent to Afghanistan Story Highlights
•Unsolicited Bibles sent by U.S. church were confiscated about a year ago

•The Bibles were printed in two most common Afghan languages

•Military feared they could be used for proselytizing, which is forbidden to troops

•Military didn’t want to risk any distribution of the Bibles and angering Muslims
    May 22, 2009 — Updated 0624 GMT (1424 HKT)

CNN) — Military personnel threw away, and ultimately burned, confiscated Bibles that were printed in the two most common Afghan languages amid concern they would be used to try to convert Afghans, a Defense Department spokesman said Tuesday.

Afghan workers enter a walkway on March 3, 2009, at Bagram Air Base, Afghanistan.
The unsolicited Bibles sent by a church in the United States were confiscated about a year ago at Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan because military rules forbid troops of any religion from proselytizing while deployed there, Lt. Col. Mark Wright said.

Such religious outreach can endanger American troops and civilians in the devoutly Muslim nation, Wright said.

“The decision was made that it was a ‘force protection’ measure to throw them away, because, if they did get out, it could be perceived by Afghans that the U.S. government or the U.S. military was trying to convert Muslims,” Wright told CNN on Tuesday.

Troops at posts in war zones are required to burn their trash, Wright said.

Umm, hmmm. I don’t even know where to begin dealing with this. Why don’t we just all yodel the shahada and give up on progress. Return to the Seventh Century and turn everything back over to the savages.

Fuck that. It is time we became the savages, if that is what it takes. If the fuckers riot, kill them. Kill every last one of them.

The left has been antisemitic for a long time.
That’s why they are rallying around the WTC mosque and railing against “islamophobia”
It diminishes the reality that there are 6 times the number of anti-semitic hate crimes as there are similar acts against muslims.

They get apoplectic if someone tosses a gum wrapper out of a car within 500 feet of a mosque but pure anti-semitic hate on leftist web sites is just A-OK.

This story needs to be right next to the guy in Florida. While I don’t agree with the church in Flordia doing it, I would have no problem with some indipendent group doing so. Its just not a very Christian thing to do and the church should be above it. They should be winning souls to Christ.

But, both these stories show the difference in the two faiths. No Chrsitians went crazy when this story came out. In fact, you can tell that even bibles in an afghan language would incite these savages to violence. I think most people can figure out that anything you do, including breathe, is offensive to muzzies. Only one solution and you stated it. Like a plague or a parasite, they must be removed…. completely.

But honestly he was a good NAZI, cause you know, some NAZI’S who betrayed their fellow Jew’s were good NAZI’S and George Soro’s who betrayed his fellow Jew’s and to this day feels no regret or remorse is clearly a GOOD NAZI. Allowing people to proselytize Christianity is the ONLY way to clear up the mess that is Afghanistan.

The US Constitution forbids Congress to create “an establishment of religion”. Looks to me as though Congress authorized the creation of an establishment of religion, namely Islam, in Afghanistan. Our military is propping up a government that outlaws proselytizing Christianity and completely negates freedom of religion.

Elie Weisel later turned around and bashed the Serbs, so I ain’t giving him any brownie points either.

The simple fact that somebody survived a horrible experience does not make that person a moral authority on anything, nor does it mean that the person won’t turn around and do the same thing to somebody else, often without realizing it.

Time line shmime line, I watched the interview with George Soro’s, he freely admitted that he knew exactly what he was doing as a teenager. He knew that the people he was betraying whose property he was confiscating were going to be sent to death camps. He said point blank, their fates meant nothing to me, I did not care about them.
he admitted that he had had a choice, he didn’t have to help his adopted father, he didn’t have to betray other Jew’s. It particularly upsets me that the “establishment of religion” clause is used as a club to hit Christians over the head with at home, while it is ignored when it comes to setting up an establishment of Islam on foreign soil. So like, when you yell loud, you’re like, super-prejudiciousexpialodocious.

Maybe it’s all those years of dealing with attorneys, but the minute someone makes the accusation to me, all I say is “Really? PROVE it.”

Oh. And they I roll my eyes and smirk. The smirk REALLY pisses them off.

That is a good point. We should sue. I bet that would go over real well. You are a Serb, and I am, well, me. The press would love us to pieces. Probably with a chainsaw…

    Anxiously awaiting your blog post…

    @ Iron Fist:
Those Bibles were valuable because of the effort put in to translating and printing. I’d have taken one.

George Soros is a mean poopy head.

If you have an account on Twitter, StumbleUpon, Facebook, or other social media, you can help by tweeting, stumbling, buzzing up (or whatever else) the anti-Soros posts on this blog and on 1389 Blog.

If you have your own blog, you can help by giving the posts on Blogmocracy some linky love.

Did they know how bad it would get? Who could imagine humans treating others that way ahead of time.

My mother told me of some Jewish friends she had in back before WWII. She asked them why didn’t they leave before things got worse (the signs were ominous). They told her they didn’t have the money or connections. Everybody thinks the Jews were rich, but they were like everybody else, ordinary people.

Some of those did manage to flee.
