The Fjordman Report
I notice that certain bloggers such as Charles Johnson of Little Green Footballs keep spreading the utterly false rumor that I am the evil shooter from Utøya, the island just outside of Oslo.

I have absolutely no idea who planted that rumor or for what reason, but they obviously don’t wish me well. For the record, I was live-blogging about these horrible events the entire Friday evening, which can be confirmed by nearly a dozen different individuals.

I didn’t respond to these rumors earlier because I was too emotionally exhausted from yesterday’s events. It was hard to pay attention to such things, but now I feel that I must. Some people really do want to smear me that badly.

Daedalus Note:

Charles continues to link Fjordman to the shooting. He’s now claiming that he inspired the shooter.

One of Chuck’s minions hopes Fjordman gets arrested.

Pathetic!

Comments are the sole opinion of the comment writer, just as each thread posted is the sole opinion or post idea of the administrator that posted it or of the readers that have written guest posts for the Blogmocracy.

Obscene, abusive, or annoying remarks may be deleted or moved to spam for admin review, but the fact that particular comments remain on the site in no way constitutes an endorsement of their content by any other commenter or the admins of this Blogmocracy.

We're not easily offended and don't want people to think they have to walk on eggshells around here (like at another place that shall remain nameless) but of course, there is a limit to everything.

Play nice!

Well I was earlier blaming Kilgore Trout for this as he has a habit of mobying of the neo nazi forums and then going to other blogs and acting out. He could well have been in touch indirectly with this Norway killer. All all the internet characters out and about this seems the most plausible to me.

But I think this deflects from the tragedy and misses the real problem. they caught the guy alive, they should analyze him.

Fjordman was fine as a commenter at LGF. It was Charles that turned on him over a quibbling of words. Charles sees a fascist every time someone forgets to cross a T or dot an I. What we have all come to realize that this is Charles acting out in a manner that hides his inner Fascist. Which is quite strong.

It’s like the gay guy who hates homosexuals because he thinks he is not gay. That is what Fascism is to Charles. Charles probably creates more Fascists than he is aware of.

  17. 17 | July 23, 2011 7:46 pm

Maybe as a commenter. I had a few back and forths with him, but to me he always seemed a bit stand-offish. Still there is no disputing his knowledge of the issues that drive him blogically.

The Norway killer and I like the same media and internet games. Looks weird when I read it, but I suppose that won’t be uncommon in a world of billions.

Winston Churchill, Classical music, vocal trance, william james, 1984, CAprica, True Blood, Stargate Universe, The Shield, Stargate Universe.

I didn’t like Dexter or Starting Organizations.

That’s an astute observation. That may be what drives him to relinquish what he once supported or allowed at his blog pre-08.

I’ve type many words in analysis of his flip-flop and what you said goes to it. He allowed conservatives in and went along with the ride because it was his stance on TWOT that drew us there. I bet he hated that day in and day out that us, the faithful and Conservative, moved his blog to the top. Once he felt he was established as a top site he decided to shed his sheep skin, began to comment and ruined what his readers and commenters had made great.

He gets it and most likely hates that he allowed his own political stances to be compromised for the duration of his using those he disagreed with for all those years.

The sum of it is that was and is a hypocrite

BTW…there won’t be Caturday today. I don’t think anybody wants to see cats right now (except maybe their own, in real life). Besides, one of our cats is sick. She has been to the vet and I have some pills to give her, but she also got a shot today, is off her feed, and I am waiting until she feels well enough to eat before I give her the medication.

I’m not a very emotional person but this incident really got to me.

    Fjordman,

Not to worry, you had nothing to do with the mad man.

You did get rejected as to sane by the mad man of lgf’s .001.

Luckey you, you did not have iceweasle back stab you live on line like many others, you did not have to endure Gus 802 crime wave of loon liberal talking points on how bad tea party Americans are, count yourself luckey like I say that you got out early.

Now me tfk, every thing the left thinks I did in Vietnam is more than likely true. I helped the tech that make the bombs hit the correct troop consentration over in Laos. We did let them gather in great numbers in truck park areas where they gathered men and material to use to shoot and kill my Marines and then we caught them at breakfast with up to 48 to 60 B-52s at a time.

My Koreans made them wish they had not ambushed our unit it being the ambush they sprung was the moment the Koreans had planned for the counter attack.

So, sleep easy, your accused falsely by a small time liberal hack liar from his bed room in L.A. U.S.A.. Wear it with a knowing smile as you go forward with facts that count up.

Me, I am working on a moment of truth and facts regarding Eric Holder and B. Obama on their insane and lethal disregard for our U.S. Constitution, all moral and ethical behavior that is knows as Gun Running/Fast and Furious.

Come around every now and then and check our progress. Should be just as good as the work by the Swiftboat Vets on Kerry.

    like that

So how does selrahC explain this? He better watch out “the man” may be paying him a visit.

    jeppo said… 2

Charles Johnson has a new post up, calling the killer “a product of the ‘counter-jihad’ blogs”.

Using Johnson’s “logic”, and since Anders Breivik approvingly linked to LGF, I blame CJ for the massacre. After all, CJ made his name promoting the ethnic cleansing and genocide of the Palestinians, and LGF became known as one of the most infamous exterminationist blogs on the net. Presumably some of that murderous hatred rubbed off on CJ’s acolyte Breivik, who took the lessons he learned on LGF to heart, and now–thanks to CJ’s malevolent influence–close to 100 innocent people are dead.

Of course LGF is no longer a ‘counter-jihad’ blog (scare quotes courtesy of CJ). Now all of its vitriolic hatred is directed against white Christian conservatives rather than Muslims. Same hate, different target.

    From GOV.

Holy frijoles, check this out. It’s a video entitled “Knights Templar 2083″, made by Anders Breivik aka Andrew Berwick. It’s a short critique of cultural Marxism and Islamism, but at the end there is a photo of Breivik, first dressed in his Mason’s uniform, then in a military uniform, and finally aiming a scoped rifle. Chilling!

I checked and youtube has removed the video. You would think that at this time it becomes part of history and they would have a responsiblity to leave the information up.

And that goes to the double standard the Left employs. Egregious and dishonorable behavior is expected and excused from and by the Left. But let that behavior come from the Right/Conservatives and it’s employment is heralded from all corners of the chattering class.

And in some way it is right that that is done. After all the Right/Conservatives expect better from those they champion. However the Left/Devil worshipers (oops too harsh, thank you very much) have their own standards and for us they are in the gutter.

And they, the Left, hate the fact that we choose to measure them from our rule of morals, but that is just how things go when speaking to religious, moral or social issues and how each side behaves within those confines.

Fjordman ruled. I learned so much from that guy.

Back when I gave a damn about Europe, Western society and Islam’s war against us, I would save each crazy story about Islam, Western dhimmitude, leftist hypocrisy, etc. I would save items that if you heard about the story on the news, you’d just freaking believe the entire world was crazy. I was up to about 1300 links I think.

Fjordman made up several with some incredibly researched, well written articles. And back in the day, LGF was the go to place for Islamic crazy articles.

All the best to Fjordman. I have tons of respect for him.

As to LGF, what a fall. But thanks for the memories. Three of my all time favourites:

    3. The Palistinians submerged in their own sewage after cannibalizing their sewer system for rocket materials.

    2. Arab fears about Israel contaminating watermelons with the AIDS virus (Is there nothing those Jews can’t do?)

John Boehner Set to Call Obama’s Bluff: May Push Short Term Deal to Avoid Crisis

House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) is set to call the Democratic Party’s bluff on the debt ceiling. The Ohio Republican, in a briefing with his conference on Saturday, announced that he would press for a short-term deal, with major spending cuts paired with longer-term deficit-reduction strategies, as a way around the current impasse.

That strategy puts the speaker directly at odds with the White House and allied Democrats, who have insisted for weeks that they would not support a short-term extension of the debt ceiling. The president went so far as to dare House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.) to test his opposition to a temporary deal during a tense meeting more than a week ago.

Charles continues to link Fjordman to the shooting. He’s now claiming that he inspired the shooter.

Liberals are looking to end the free speech of conservatives by trying to blame famous conservatives (as in, arrest them, per CJ) for saying things that some lunatic believes before he goes on a shooting or bombing attack.

The liberals are desperate to hurt conservatism by associating the attacks in Norway with conservatism in particular.

It’s ridiculous and disingenuous but liberals aren’t known for their honor, after all.

    @ NoThreat2U:

    I sense what you mean.

There is so much I can say on the subject, from, as you call, the Nanny State taking over the responsibility that families felt obliged to do. Take SS. The domain of caring for the old was once the providence of the children. Now for those who had no family I can see the need for a social security, but nowadays the children, for the most part, are relying on the Gov to foot the bill to care for their own. And there were also the charities and churches that cared for the destitute.

And you’re right about the bottom feeding that Gov facilitates. It has born a whole generation of entitlement minded slouches who have ill bred who think that something is owed them just because they were born in America. Let them take that attitude in another country and they will find right quick their self induced plight will get them nowhere.

When it comes to entitlements of any type…taking care of a disabled child, or taking care of infirm parents, I don’t mind the government helping out. It is those who do nothing at all to better their lot in life who get all the freebies. My son and I had this discussion. If a girl has a baby out of wedlock, she is entitled to things like WIC…which is OK..it feeds the baby. But she can go to classes, for free. Get a menial job…get a car, for free. Why do they not help the men involved? Maybe if we helped the baby daddies get on their feet there would be less given to the Mommas who one year later pump out another child. It’s like the less you do, the more the government helps you. It makes me sick. If someone is working a low wage job, for whatever reason, give them healthcare. They are at least trying to do something.

England has a host of regional accents. My father worked for years with a gentleman who was born in raised in the English city of Slough, north of London. He had quite a distinctive accent, sort of drawled, not like Cockney, nor like BBC English. Years later, I met a Brit who sounded very much similar when speaking. I asked him if he was from Slough, and he responded, “No, but I’m from a town about 15 miles away.” He insisted there was a difference between his accent and that of Slough, but it would probably take a linguist to make the distinction.

This is where I would disagree. The lapse of morals is to the point where a baby born out of wedlock is now acceptable. Sure it happens, but any having sex must know the consequences of the act and ponie up for the result. There is no such thing as free sex— a mantra of the 60′s radicals who have brought their ideology along with the notion— and those who engage in it must know what it’s action bears.

And in no small part is the laxing of morals that affords it. Nowadays sex can be had at any price and most times for free. And why not? The result of the act will be subsidized by the ‘legality’ of it and the purchase of it’s culmination.

Wrath of God used to get a lot of grief here for his stance on adultery, and I for one agreed with him. There should be no allowance for anyone who engages in immorality or unfaithfulness. Mercy, YES, allowance NO

It is a tough question and response to the plight. Granted, we should help all those in need, and it is the right thing to do. My problem with the situation—as you alluded to—goes to parental responsibility. It’s a generational cyclical hazard where the kids are taught and nurtured from past behavior. There is no easy fix and the Gov steps in knowing they have fostered this kind of behavior by the entitlement laws they passed.

And you’re right, there is no justice nor wrong being righted with the innocent kids suffering.

There is a portion of scripture that expressly deals with this problem.

It is a harsh verse but deals with the responsibility of those concerned. We all, after all, must deal with our Creator.

The threads at LFG devoted to these attacks are all about pinning the blame on people C.J. does not like. There are no expressions of compassion or sympathy for the victims. Charles seems to be more concerned about the death of that dope-addled loser Amy Winehouse than the innocent people murdered in cold blood in Norway. As sad as Amy’s death is, it is not surprising. She was talented, but she was her own worst enemy. Yet, Charles can shed a tear for her; but when 90+ people, who were happy and enjoying their lives, are cut down, he uses it as an opportunity to slander people. Maybe if the Utoya gunman had shot up a crack house, Charles would have found some sympathy in his heart for the victims. LGF has a real obsession with Pamela Geller that borders on the pathological. If he does not like her, why does he give her so much attention?

Again, it is a hard call. Which brings me back to my original thoughts on life today….there are no morals. My daugher has been with her boyfriend for 2 years. She is the only one of her friends that doesn’t have a baby. I tell her…and I mean this…that God knows you are not ready for one. When things are right you will be blessed. Her disappointment does go away though when her friends…with babies call her to babysit. She realizes that it is their responsibility, not hers. It took awhile for her to tell her friends not to whine about being tied down with a kid. Part of me is happy that she is infertile and I told her maybe one day she will meet the right man to spend her life with and they can either adopt or do in vitro. But right now, God knows what he is doing. She understands that fact…but sometimes it bothers her.
