Police remove EDL, but allow Islamists to gather

3% of the UK population runs roughshod over the other 97%. Muslims against Crusaders who are a vile vicious Islamist group was marching in front of the US embassy. They bragging how Islam is winning and will triumph. Members of the English Defense League were there to pay respects to the dead of 9/11 and counter protest. The Police asked the EDL to leave, but allowed MAC to stay.

This is just disturbing. On a a positive note, here’s a video of the EDL showing respect to the victims of 9/11.

God bless the patriots of the English Defense League.

I saw this on Tundra Tabloids. I recognized Anjem Shoudhray (aka Andy Chowder Head) and Abu Izzadeen (aka Trevor Brooks) amongst the Muslim “speakers”.

    ISLAM WILL RULE THE WORLD

Exactly how in the world do people not get it?
They are in your face about what they want to do.
Yet there are still stupid idiots that think it was some misguided people who killed 3000 people on 9/11. Right.

As far as the EDL being told to move on….yet the anti-American protests of MAC is okay says a whole lot about where the U.K. stands.
They are afraid to actually shut them down. If it was all about free speech then both groups would have been allowed there instead they knuckled under the MAC! Insanity at its most highest level.

I am not sure about that. I do know that he has given at least one maybe more televised interviews that expose the taqiyaa of those supposed moderate who say islam is against terrorism because islam opposes violence against innocents. The taqiyaa practitioners count on there being 2 different definitions of innocence.

Choudary states flatly in the interview that unbelievers are guilty simply due to their unbelief. Therefore we are fair game, and deserve whatever they can do to us. Whereas the taqiyaa practitioner counts on us to assume the western definition, in that we have not participated in any action causing harm.

Interesting. That does not preclude the other, though. I don’t know, I just recall his name associated with the “Magnificent 19″ bullshit. He could be innocent of that, at least of saying it. IIRC, no influential muzzie in England distanced themselves from that.

He is a vile snake, it could very well be the case. I just don’t remember clearly him saying the “Magnificent 19″.

The only time the 2-face koranimals distance themselves from this or any violence they do is when they are trying to blame the Joooooooooos, or wanting to play the victim card.

You mean shock? I could understand that 10 years ago….but not now.
To me it has more to do with PC and people actually don’t understand what they are about. They blow it off as extremists ONLY, and right after they say that they talk about the Christian extremists. (Although they are hard to find).
Ignorance in my opinion is not a defense of their intellect. They should now know better and actually look into what Islam is all about and not just take the talking points off TV. So laziness is another defense I will not accept either. Their ignorance comes from the laziness of not actually looking into what Islam is all about. After 9/ll no excuse.

Turkey has been backing away a bit – some of the Turk blowhard’s comments being published today are from last week or earlier.

Erdogan is inching away because I think some U.S. officials did approach him with the possible consequences of a NATO member launching a war against a tiny country that is friendly to the U.S.

NATO shares intelligence information with Israel which means that a NATO country going after Israel would have its own information sent to Israel, too.

Erdogan is trying to puff himself up in the Muslim world by being nasty and confrontational with Israel, but Turkey isn’t a major player (at least not as much as they wish to be).

    @ Nevergiveup:

Oh, Erdogan is definitely a fool and a Muslim Jew-hater and Israel-hater.

His most powerful alliances are western, though. He’s trying to cuddle up to Egypt, but the Egyptians are still very unstable and they folded when U.S. officials demanded that their commandos rescue Israelis from a mob lynching at the Israeli Embassy in Cairo.

Egypt can’t afford to let go of their western alliance either.

I think Erdogan is mostly hot air.

  39. 39 | September 12, 2011 5:09 pm

    @ Eliana:

It’s not just Israel he’s confronting it’s Cyprus as well.

Israeli officials have said, however, that much of the Turkish muscle flexing in the Mediterranean is aimed at Cyprus, as much as it is at Israel. Turkey has threatened Cyprus against going ahead with plans to begin drilling for offshore gas deposits, with Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu threatening earlier this month that Ankara would show the “necessary response” if Cyprus went ahead with the plans.

Cypriot Foreign Minister Erato Kozakou- Marcoullis said in an interview with The Jerusalem Post two weeks ago that Cyprus was planning exploratory drilling within the next two weeks, regardless of Turkey’s threats.

The Greek Foreign Ministry issued a statement a week ago, following Turkish threats against Cyprus, saying that threatening statements from the Turks “and other developments in recent days raise serious concerns as to the impact of Turkey’s conduct on the stability of the Eastern Mediterranean region at a very critical and sensitive time: with the events in Syria and Libya and the ongoing efforts to relaunch the peace process on the Palestinian issue. This conduct is opposed to the policy Turkey has declared: that of zero problems with its neighbors. We call on the Turkish government to conduct itself with greater responsibility and respect for international law, which it has been invoking frequently of late.”

Russia has warned Turkey to back off Cyprus. Israel is allied with Cyprus also. The Turks could be biting off more than they can chew here. Israel and Cyprus together can take on Turkey. Add in Russia and you have an explosive situation.

I hope Erdogan is backing off, but he’s an Islamist. He think’s Allah is on his side.

    Good points.

Erdogan is part of a “shame” religious culture that kills its own women for the sake of “honor” – so he’s doing everything he can possibly do to save face.

This can end up exploding in his face instead.

    On YNET news:

Erdogan refused to say whether he had any further measures planned against Israel [besides downgrading the Israeli diplomatic mission]. “I don’t want to put the cart before the horses,” he said, “because any such plan is hinged upon Israel’s response and its willingness to accept a just solution that will preserve Turkey’s honor.

“What I can say is that we are committed to four things: Protecting the rights and honor of the Turkish people, stopping Israel from disregarding international treaties and customs, implementation of Turkish demands through international tribunals and ending the blockade on Gaza.”
