I kid you not. After three years of mostly failure, you would think Obama would have learned some humility. You would think wrong:
Obama asks CBC for Biblical faith in his agenda
President Obama made an appeal to the religious faith of black voters at a Congressional Black Caucus rally, likening Biblical prophets who had faith in God — and so refused to worship an idol — to the black voters who “keep the faith” by supporting him and his policies – and, he hopes, his reelection campaign.
Obama opened the speech by mentioning the Biblical story of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, three captive Jews who were thrown into a fiery furnace because they would not worship a golden idol. Obama quoted a pastor who referred to the three men as “good crazy” for having that faith. He added that the pastor had attributed the same “good crazy” to him when he decided to run for president.
Obama continued that analogy, equating the Jews’ “faith in the things not seen” to the more mundane “belief that if you persevere a better day lies ahead.”
Obama added, “you and me, we’re all a little bit crazy, but hopefully a good kind of crazy…We’re a good kind of crazy because no matter how hard things get, we keep the faith; we keep fighting; we keep moving forward.”
So continuing to support Obama is just like keeping faith with God. Wow. That makes the Greek columns and Lightworker BS look like self-effacing humor by comparison. Of course none of those “men of faith”, including several preachers, took Obama to task for his Luciferian-scale ego trip. Why would they? They agree with him.

Odd thing going on in Texas, Ms tfk just got word that the State Republican Party has cancled the party straw poll. The e-mail she got said the canclation was due to lack of interest. She thinks it is because the Laup Nor’s were going to stack the numbers some how.
Me I think Perry etal think he would not do good local so they nixed it.
As I said prior and got stomped on for it, when Perry opens his dumb yap people get turned off. We here in Texas have been misled by him once to often. He is not what he wants you to think. Just more of the Bush go along crowd of the establishment R’s.
He is soft on immigration. He is a big govt. R. and the taxes here in Texas being low have not one thing to do with him, the work done on the slip and fall atty’s ect had nothing to do with him, and the Tea Party lady wiped the floor with him in debates and he would look a fool in a debate with Obama.
Now is it more clear?
A little bit crazy, similar to bat shit crazy.
@ taxfreekiller:
TFK, I’d been hoping you would return to comment on this. I had a gut feeling you were right about Perry, and unlike some here I have not gotten carried away with Perrymania. He is starting to unravel.
What do you think of Herman Cain?
Obama is also giving American Rabbis “TALKING POINTS” for their High Holy Day sermons for the third year in a row!!!
The talking points benefit Obama, of course.
He might as well tell the rabbis, “Tell them to vote for me or they won’t have a share in the world to come.”
All those who complain about the separation of church and state (so that kids get suspended from school for saying that they think homosexuality is wrong) should stand up and fight against the president telling religious leaders to give plugs for him during their sermons on Holy Days.
@ The Osprey:
I notice that a lot of folks are rushing to discredit Cain on a CNN interview he gave in which he disagreed with the House GOP in the recent CR debate as to not agreeing to fund FEMA for recent natural disaster victims without up front cuts.
The thing is, Cain can afford to disagree with them. If he comes out for blocking disaster aid, no matter how much this offends the sensibilities of Tea Partiers, he sounds like a big ol’ meanie to independents, which he needs and is struggling to gain traction with.
He’s all about streamlining government, and I’m sure FEMA would be somewhere on that list. He seems focused on eliminating waste. But there’s nothing that he can do now to address that, and for now, FEMA is what we got. The House GOP is right to squeeze the Dems as well -- they’re not running for POTUS.
Many of the dissenters seem to be staunch Perry advocates, and I sense a bit of sour grapes coming from that crowd.

3. Why you’re ruining your lives hating Israel.
These would at least have religious elements to them.
In my favorite Orthodox synagogue in America, the rabbi says in pre-election sermons that he won’t tell people how to cast their votes (and he doesn’t weigh in on political issues from the pulpit).
He does say that he will tell people how HE is voting if they take him aside and ask him personally.
This is all he’s willing to say about politics in his sermons.

Domino’s Pizza
Monaghan returned to Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1959, and enrolled in the University of Michigan, intending to become an architect.[3] While still a student, he and his brother James borrowed $500 to purchase a small pizza store called DomiNick’s in Ypsilanti, Michigan. This business would, after a lawsuit from Domino’s Sugar, grow into Domino’s Pizza. Tom, after opening a further three stores, traded his brother James a Volkswagen Beetle for his half of the business.[4] Monaghan dropped sub sandwiches from the menu and focused on delivery to college campuses, inventing a new insulated pizza box to improve delivery. The new box, unlike its chipboard predecessors, could be stacked without squishing the pizzas inside, permitting more pizzas per trip, and keeping them warm until they arrived.[2] Spreading his model to other college towns through a tightly-controlled franchising system, by the mid-1980s there were nearly three new Domino’s franchises opening every day.[2]
He sold his controlling stake in Domino’s Pizza in 1998 to Bain Capital, an investment firm based in Boston, for an estimated $1 billion.[3] Monaghan returned to Domino’s in 2001 after its fortunes worsened and helped the company recover.[citation needed

Black Pastor Sues Obama & Democratic Party for Racism
Reverend Wayne Perryman began the lawsuit (case C11-1503) along with journalist Robert Parks because he was fed up with all the rhetoric coming from the left, blaming all of Obama’s failures on race. Perryman and Parks began researching the Democrat Party and became enraged when they noticed the Democrat Party—via their website–was whitewashing their own history.
snip
On the archived Democrat.org site—which has since been scrubbed– they gave a brief acknowledgment that their party was formed over 200 years ago.
Over two hundred years ago, our Party’s founders decided that wealth and social status were not an entitlement to rule.
That was it—no mention of any of their mistakes—including the fact that also over 200 years ago, the Democrat Party blocked all efforts by Republicans to abolish slavery.
snip
In addition to trying to re-write history regarding Democrats and slavery, they are also trying to hypnotize people into believing the Democrats were instrumental in Civil Rights—not mentioning anything about all the efforts they made to BLOCK all of the Republicans efforts toward Civil Rights:
Democrats are unwavering in our support of equal opportunity for all Americans. That’s why we’ve worked to pass every one of our nation’s Civil Rights laws, and every law that protects workers. Most recently, Democrats stood together to reauthorize the Voting Rights Act.
On every civil rights issue, Democrats have led the fight. We support vigorous enforcement of existing laws, and remain committed to protecting fundamental civil rights in America.
This is a blatant lie, and Reverend Wayne Perryman and Robert Parks have called them on it.
“Rev. Sharpton said we never got our ‘40 acres and a mule’, wrote Parks in his legal brief to the courts.
”Yes, we did, and they were taken away by a Democrat.”

To date Obama and company have engaged in a near flawless implementation of the Cloward-Pivens Strategy. Until you accept the truth and reality that this is what he is doing you will continue to struggle trying to find words to express what he has achieved.
He is not inexperienced, he is not inept, he is not bumbling from one failed strategy to the next, this really is his strategy. 6. Poor judgment and failure to learn from experience.
7. Total self-centeredness.
8. General poverty of deep and lasting emotions.

My question is—will the EPA try and institute this unilaterally, even without Congressional authorization and no vote for the funding?
It’s already acting like a rogue agency under the wing of executive orders issued by a rogue President—whose Treasury Secretary is certainly capable of cranking up the color copies to provide the money.

Fast and Furious screams rogue operation with the highest levels of agreement, if not necessarily sign-off. Nothing will come of it. •“The health of a democratic society may be measured by the quality of functions performed by private citizens.”
•“The power of the periodical press is second only to that of the people.”
@ Iron Fist:
You misunderstand me. I am advocating adoption of the term “rogue Presidency/rogue President” as a term used in conversation.
Currently, if people say that they “don’t like/oppose” Obama, that is put down to being Republican, or conservative, or whatever. But the term “rogue” is understood, I think widely, as referring to something that is operating outside its proper bounds or limits of behavior. It’s an objective term, if you will—which can be backed up by citing, not to how much money he spent or what he’s spent it on, but what he’s done; ignored court orders and laws passed by Congress, refused to issue permits, abrogated the laws of bankruptcy, etc., etc., as well as authorize such operations as F&F.
By referring to Obama as a “rogue President,” it may be possible—perhaps—to get some people who are not totally in the bag as leftwing ideologues to understand what our country is saddled with, and why it must be removed.
