That’s a lotta Mardi Crap there. Bet it smells delightful as well, but I’d rather have to clean up that mess than several month’s worth of Occupoopage.
Although Fat Tuesday’s Gone for another year, we’ve still got plenty of Gris Gris Gumbo Ya Ya here, on The Overnight Open Thread.

Geez! That dress really does accentuate her lack of endowment, doesn’t it. EEEEWWWWWW!
NO, home of jumbalaya. My last trip there, back in 98, I really did actually eat jumbalaya morning, noon and night one day. Man, that’s some good stuff. I’ll tuck into a pile of that any old time…
Morning everyone. Been slacking a lot recently. Got my <a href="“>blog post done today…Maybe for the week? We shall see tomorrow.
@ PaladinPhil:
Mornings…I hates them. Attempt Two….
Tried applying for a job this morning and I can’t get logged in to the company site. Dang it! Maybe later…
I start working again next week after almost 2 months of FMLA. It’s going to be nice being out of the house finally! Any interviews that come up will, at least for a while, mean I have to take unpaid time off.
Gonna be a beautiful day today! Nearly 70 today, mid 50′s tomorrow, upper 40′s Friday.
@ mfhorn:

gloriousinglorious day in the reign of Emperor Barack Hussein I, Pasha of the United States and Defender of theWhat has happened to this site? It really seems to be dead! Where has the traffic gone?
@ Tanker:
I dunno. I think a lot of the overnght traffic has gone to DoD, but we seem to have fewer people nowadays during the day as well. I don’t know what is up with that.
@ Tanker:
Oh, and good morning! Nice to see you!
@ Iron Fist:
Good to see you IF. I really hope things have turned around for me, and I get to spend more time here, but I come back and things seem to have changed.
@ Tanker:
There’s been a lot of internicine bickering over the election. It has gotten heated at times. I think a lot of people are tired of it. I know I am. But the election is the most important thing going on right now, and we are a headstrong bunch. Ain’t none of us likely to keep shut just to go along with the crowd. I just hope that once the dust settles and we have a candidate that everyone remembers that no matter which one it is (except Ron Paul, who doesn’t realistically have a shot at it) they are better than Obama. I am really worried that Obama is going to get a second term, at the rate things are going. But Don Surber had a good article yesterday looking at previous elections and how the polls were this far out. The polls had Carter stomping Reagan in 1980 at this time, and we all know how that turned out.
@ Iron Fist:
I agree, this may the most important election in my life time. I worry we (conservatives) have actually done so much damage within our own primary, we won’t be able to recover. I have to say, my choice is Newt, but he seems to have fallen out of favor. I really do not like the Mittens, and can’t see myself voting for him, but having said that “I Hate the guy sitting in OUR HOUSE now more” so I’m at a cross road that may cause me more heartaches than my health.
High of 58 predicted for here today, which means it’s a good time to get out and prune back some of the more aggresive bushes and dig up some of the weeds that survived the mild winter. Still no work here, either, but a couple of leads are at least still alive, and the recent rise in oil prices isn’t hurting.
