Dr. Dixie Lee Ray served Richard Nixon as our nation’s first chief of the Environmental Protection Agency.  She gave a speech in 1993 which was prompted by the U.N. Agenda 21 and the endorsement of that evil bit of chicanery promulgated by the world’s greatest collection of leftist thugs known as the United Nations.  What strikes me most about this speech from almost 20 years ago is how well it fits into today’s world.  Dr. Lee was a visionary, and her wisdom has only been amplified recently, as she has managed to predate the smartest arguments of today by two full decades.
