In some good political news, Ted Cruz is now leading David Dewhurst for the Texas Republican Senate nomination according to an internal poll.

Ted Cruz led Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst by 9 points in a recent internal poll conducted for the former Texas solicitor general’s campaign, a Cruz source has confirmed.

From the earliest days of the race to replace retiring Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison (R), Dewhurst has been the frontrunner. But in this survey, 49 percent of respondents said they would vote for Cruz. Forty percent supported Dewhurst, and 11 percent were undecided.

The poll surveyed 750 likely Republican runoff voters June 24-26 with a 3.6-point margin of error. Cruz had 96 percent name identification among those voters and Dewhurst had 98 percent name identification.

If Cruz goes onto win, this will be another huge defeat for the Republican establishment.

Woohoo! A while back I answered a telephone poll that was clearly push polling for Dewhurst. I am a Cruz suppoerter, so I think I was a little disappointing. I guess the media saturation of smear ads by Dewhurst will really ramp up now. It will be ugly.

The RINO in crowd from Austin together with paid hack talk show host like State Sen. Dan Patrick of Houston and big RINO Mark Davis have joined in on the sneak attack on Ted.

Dan Patrick had Ted on for an interview and went on the attack over Ted calling out Doworst on his derailing of a bill on sancutuary citites in Texas. (all the big ones do it) thus the RINO’s want it to stay).
Ted as always fought back and as it was Patricks show and his producers and tech’s had control of the mike, Ted had to yell over Patricks filabuster.

Today Mark Davis had a former Ft. Worth Star Telagram reporter who has moved to Austin and works for the Texas Tribune of Austin.
That is about a liberal a msm person as you can find in Texas.
Of couse this hack commie Democrat bent the news aginst Ted live on Mark Davis’s show. Very sneakey these RINO’s, they bite you from the back at the same time they are smileing and shaking you hand for photos.

It is going to get down and dirty,, the establishement RINO’s are mad as hell and scared shitless and they know they are in a death strugle for control of the Republican party in Texas.

Do any thing you can for Ted.
