Republican Establishment in Texas comes out against Ted Cruz

With internal polls showing Ted Cruz with a lead, the GOPressive elites are in panic mode. Texas state legislators, came out attacking Ted Cruz. Clearly they are nervous and that’s a good sign.

The Texas Republican establishment on Sunday came out hard against former state Solicitor General Ted Cruz (R) in his upstart Senate bid.

Nearly every state Senator signed an open letter addressed to “Fellow Texans” that offered a defense of Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst, who is running against Cruz in a July 31 GOP primary runoff to replace retiring Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison (R).

The letter never once mentions Cruz by name. But it makes clear the state Senators’ displeasure with statements he has made on sanctuary cities, state spending, the state’s Transportation Security Administration “Anti-Groping” bill and a state income tax.

Ted Cruz is making the right enemies. Hopefully, he will pull it off and deal the Leftists in the GOP a defeat.

They are part of the problem not a part of the solution.

Almost all of them were on board for the Trans Texas Corridor.

    John Corena for sure.

Dan Patrick just went after Ted on his talk show.

The Texas Republican Party leadership plays patty cake hands with the Democrats all the time. Take the speaker they put in who put a bunch of commie Democrats in as chairmen of committees.

They hand pick the committe a bill then goes to and the bills they want killed the put under a Commie Democrat committees control.
The bill gets killed and the RINO leaders blame the Democrats.

Rick Perry is the head of the snake.

    @ taxfreekiller:

Rick Perry is the head of the snake.

What about Bush and Rove? What’s their roles?

The Bush’s and Rove have bigger fish to buy and sell now.

Their last gofer is John Cornyn and he will be voted out next.

Perry they left twirrling in the wind when he ran for Pres.

Little Bush was not all that smart and was used by the Rebublican elite from the East Coast.

Old man Bush best days were in the Navy in the 1940′s and when he was investing his wifes money in oil and gas leases in and around Midland Texas in the 1950′s and 1960′s.

As of now they live here but are not of us native Texans.

We know them now like no one else.

They used the nut case David Barton and his nut job cult to get elected here in Texas to include Perry.
Barton is out, and will not get back in.
