“The architect of the radical Ryan budget”

First Dem shot across the bow. Good luck. It’s a lie and Ryan is the most articulate debunker of that lie.

I’m beginning to feel moderately comfortable about this race.

    Please G-d

it will be done in weekly segments now, that might have been a bit much for good comprehension. so I will detail out each section once a week.

Predictably, CNN’s biggest take and biggest breaking news is that Romney committed a flub when introducing Ryan as VP.

WOW! Ryan was my “best case scenario” from the beginning and I feel absolutely giddy. Ryan’s a very impressive man and the Romney-Ryan team exudes competence.

You have no idea. 40% of the crop goes into ethanol.

Getting rid of the mandate is not easy. There is a significant industrial infrastructure that has been built to support the corn-to-ethanol process, including the oil refining business. You want that killed 3 mos before the election? AND lose Iowa? Not if you’re Obama you don’t.

Here’s something else you should keep on your radar. Wheat. Egypt. Russia. Egypt is bankrupt and imports half its food. Russia’s wheat crop is also way down and they may decide to seriously cut back its exports. That will send the international price skyrocketing. If you think Tahir Square was bad before, wait until Egypt can no longer afford to buy its wheat let alone subsidize bread for the poor.

The Renewable Fuel Standard, enacted in 2005 and then significantly expanded in 2007, requires that 13.2 billion gallons of corn starch-derived biofuel be produced in 2012. The intent was to reduce both greenhouse gas emissions blamed for climate change and dependence on foreign oil.

Hmm. I just noticed that the Romney logo gives the appearance of a double “R”…convenient. I’m sitting here by myself this morning and during Ryan’s speech I really felt the urge to stand up and cheer -- what a perfect choice. Romney has something of a corporate manner of organization and I think Ryan’s going to be a corporate-style VP…an active participant rather than a ribbon-cutter and funeral-attender.

Critics of the Koch brothers should have a field day with Rep. Paul Ryan on the GOP ticket: They’ve been one of his biggest campaign contributors.

Koch Industries ranks as the Wisconsin Republican’s sixth-largest source of campaign money throughout his career, according to the Center for Responsive Politics, which says the company’s PAC and affiliated individuals have given him a total of $65,500 in donations.

Not to mention tourism was 1/3 of their economy before the MB took over. Bet the tourism industry is in the shitter now, if not it will be.

Did you notice the massive power failure in Cairo day before yesterday? The gov’t blamed it on ‘excessive consumption’ (might be true). The people blamed it on the gov’t, i.e., the MB.

heh. This is going to be SOOOO much fun!

Obama’s campaign has released a 290-page opposition research report on Rep. Paul Ryan, Gov. Mitt Romeny‘s likely pick for vice president.

The report is a ready-made dossier for Democrats and a skewed portrayal for reporters, starting with Ryan’s support for reform of the fast-growing Medicare program, and ending with a supportive quote from former Oklahoma Republican Rep. J.C. Watts.

The report was prepared by American Bridge 21st Century, which was founded by Media Matters for America founder David Brock

After eviscerating Obama in 6 minutes, think of what he’ll do to Biden in a 1 on 1 debate. I’m really looking forward to that. Ryan is one of the smartest people in Congress while Biden is one of the dumbest people on the planet.

Watching Obama’s face during Ryan’s “schooling” was absolutely priceless. Romney has done his party, and his country an enormous service today. I believe Romney’s idea of a VP is like it is in the corporate world -- an active participant in the implementation of policies and I also think he sees Ryan as a future president.

If Jack Ryan was VP, we could send him to Afghanistan to kick these people’s asses…

Second deadly attack on US troops in Afghanistan

Two separate gun attacks on Nato-led troops in south Afghanistan have left a total of six US soldiers dead, coalition officials say.

An Afghan civilian employee shot three soldiers, all from the US, at a base in Helmand province on Friday evening.

Earlier on the same day, also in Helmand, an Afghan police officer shot three US marines after inviting them to dinner at a checkpoint.

The suspected killers in both attacks were detained, the US military says.

The killing of two British soldiers in Helmand was also announced on Friday, bringing to eight the number of coalition soldiers killed in Helmand in 48 hours.

Problem is, once they catch him snorting a mound of cocaine off of some guys ass he may end up with his head in a basket. Obama’s a good muslim in the sense that muslims & communists share the same doctrine of keeping people in line, ignorant and subjective to a small group of people in power.

Muslims are communists who use More-Ham-Ed as a power figure instead of Lenin, Stalin or Mao.

    CORRECTION!!!

The ‘messy’ part of that divorce was under court-ordered seal. Somehow -- wink wink -- it got UNSEALED -- and leaked.

    Two words.

    David.
    Axelrod

The ‘messy’ part involved Ryan pressuring his wife to join him at sex clubs. Both parties asked for the seal to protect THEIR CHILDREN.
