Despite helping to destroy the Republican Party and enabling the Democrats to dominate our politics, too many Conservatives have this reverence for the Bush clan. Never having to face consequences for their actions, they continue to make a mockery out of the Republican voters. Now Jeb Bush’s son George P. Bush has filed candidate papers in taxes.
George P. Bush, a nephew of former President George W. Bushand son of one-time Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, has made a campaign filing in Texas that is required of candidates planning to run for state office, an official said Thursday night.
The younger Bush, a Fort Worth resident, filed a campaign treasurer appointment Wednesday, a requirement for someone to become a candidate under campaign finance law, Tim Sorrells, general counsel for the Texas Ethics Commission, told The Associated Press.
Sorrells said the report does not specify what office Bush might seek, if any, and he had no other details on the filing, which wasn’t available online. Bush did not immediately reply to an email seeking comment, and no phone listing for him could be found.
The 36-year-old said in September his goal was to run for office and acknowledged that he had his eyes on several statewide offices.
I hope Republican voters reject this clown. The Bush family have done nothing for the GOP. They are selfish and cynical politicians who manipulate Conservatives with red meat issues.
Stay out the Bushes!

That mediocre family will just not go away.
@ Speranza:
I despise them. They are a bunch of losers.
No mas Arbustos!
@ Rodan:
Rodan, I imagined you with steam coming out of you ears when I heard this morning about the newest Bush filing to run for office.
@ Calo:
I actually found it funny!
None of them are capable of thinking for themselves -- they’re just like the Kennedys. The apple never rolls far from the tree.
Sad.
One of the marks of maturity is the ability to refrain from following in the path of the unworthy and compounding their errors -- even if the unworthy are one’s forebears.
