Since his re-election, Obama has become a defacto dictator. Thanks to the disarray of the Republican Party and support of the Media-Industrial Complex, he does what he pleases. Obama is now contemplating using Executive Orders to impose gun control measures.
President Obama will likely take executive action in an effort to tamp down the recent rash of gun violence, Vice President Biden said Wednesday.
“The president is going go act,” said Biden, who is conducting meetings all week on gun control. “There are executive orders, executive action that can be taken. We haven’t decided what that is yet, but we’re compiling it all.”
Obama is a dictator.

The Supreme Court started declaring acts of Congress ‘Unconstitutional’ with Marbury v Madison in 1803. Have they ever done the same thing with Executive orders?
Of course, getting them to actually do so would be next to impossible, with sycophants like Kagan & Sotomayor on the court.

The other problem is that the courts don’t have much in the way of power to actually enforce their rulings. Obama has already shown his contempt of the judiciary on more than one occasion. He’s completely ignored rulings that he didn’t like having to do with drilling permits, for example. And we all remember the blatant disrespect he showed for the Supreme Court during his State of the Union address.
