127 Sheriffs Won’t Enforce Obama Gun Laws

As of January 23, 127 sheriffs from around the country have pledged that they will not enforce Obama’s unconstitutional gun control laws or orders. I expect that this number will grow substantially as Obama and Biden take their gun control campaign on the road. Currently, 28 of 29 Utah sheriffs have taken the pledge and 30 of 33 New Mexico sheriffs. This is the kind of grass roots action that we need to push back against Obama’s onslaught against the Constitution and our liberties. Contact you sheriff and ask him/her to take the pledge.

At least 127, but possible 139 (counting pending declarations from 12 Missouri sheriffs) now publicly oppose proposed federal gun bans and will not enforce them should they become law. We provide the list of those sheriffs to you below, current as of Jan 23, 2013.

    Contrary to all the contrived hype about “assault weapons”, the New Town shooter did not use an AR-15 Bushmaster in the massacre. He was found with 4 handguns inside the school. The AR-15 was found inside of his car.

    “This continues to be a very complex investigation and there is a lot of contradictory information out there, but we have some new information this morning (one month ago) from a couple of federal officials and state officials.

    They say now that there were actually four handguns inside the school, not just two as we were initially told. Four handguns and apparently only handguns that were taken into the school.

    We knew that Adam Lanza, the man said to be the gunman here, also had an ‘assault-style’ AR-15 -style rifle that he had had taken to the school, it was in the car he drove there, his mother’s car, but we have been told by several officials that he had left that in the car.”

    Plus, the “AR” lets them call it an “Assault Rifle,” even though that’s not what the AR stands for.

    If that’s true the medical examiner has some explaining to do, since he said all the victims were killed by the Bushmaster.

    I think there’s a few more AZ Sheriffs than listed. Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu has spoken out against the proposed new federal gun bans as well, and I think there are a couple more in counties down on the Mexican border.

    Doen’t seem like enough sheriffs. They need to get more organized. Get a facebook page up and list who is and who isn’t . Polarize it. Make people pick a clear side.
