Bulgaria says Hizb’Allah was behind Burgas bombing

Bulgaria has made official what most observers have known. The Balkan nation has named Hizb’Allah as the perpetrator of the terror attack in Burgas.

SOFIA (Reuters) – Two individuals with links to Lebanon’s militant group Hezbollah were involved in a bomb attack on a bus in the Bulgarian resort of Burgas that killed five Israeli tourists last July, Bulgaria’s interior minister said on Tuesday.

The conclusions of the Bulgarian investigation may open the way for the European Union to join the United States in branding the Iranian-backed Hezbollah a terrorist organization since there is now a clear connection to an attack on EU territory.

Three people were involved in the attack, two of whom had genuine passports from Australia and Canada, Tsvetan Tsvetanov told reporters after Bulgaria’s national security council discussed the investigation.

“We have established that the two were members of the militant wing of Hezbollah,” Tsvetanov said. “There is data showing the financing and connection between Hezbollah and the two suspects.”

This announcement comes days after Israel’s strike on a  Hizb’Allah convoy in Syria and various explosions in South Lebanon. This could add fuel to the fire.

So this is pretty concrete evidence that hiz-ba’al-ah is operational in Canada and Australia?

In Quebec, politicians marched openly next to flag carrying Hezbollah supporters. In Ontario, they operate and influence elections in Windsor which is right across the river from Dearbornistan. The complicit leftist alliance is present because of the Canadian Auto Workers. Toronto’s Muslim community has all the big name leadership from global radical groups. e.g. CAIR/CAN, ISNA, Muslim Students Associations, et al. Identity theft, car theft, drugs, jihad, and the entire Islamist catastrophe is entrenched here. The new Premier of Ontario is VERY cozy with Islamists.

    @ yenta-fada:

I don’t understand their thinking. Ether they are suicidally naive, wilfully blind, or they hope the alligator will eat them last.

Hezbollah may have made a strategic error by pissing off the Bulgarians. According to Ian Fleming, author of the James Bond novels, and a man with good ties to the intelligence community, Bulgarians were the KGB’s go-to guys when they wanted particularly nasty “wet work” done.

    @ Alberta Oil Peon:
Perhaps, but will they stick their necks out for Jews? Especially for Jews who aren’t even their citizens?

Also, after 500 years under the Ottoman Yoke, Bulgarians are not particularly fond of Muslims.
