We're not easily offended and don't want people to think they have to walk on eggshells around here (like at another place that shall remain nameless) but of course, there is a limit to everything.
Play nice!

Great ad!
Anyone who doesn’t think this is funny must be some kind of racist or something
“It’s true. We are so stupid.” -Homer Simpson (except he’s yellow)
@ whosoever:
I seem to recall that the animation for “The Simpsons” (which, IMNSHO, has been on TV for far too long, but that’s beside the point) is done by a South Korean studio, and we don’t hear cries of RAAAAACISM emanating from that area of the world now do we.
I refuse to separate.
@ Bunk X:
I have a wife who can change that behavior…
@ Mike C.:
Y cuanto cuesta su esposa?
@ Bunk X:
Sorry, my Spanish ain’t much. Looks like “And how much _____ your wife?”
@ Mike C.:
Yeah. What’s she worth?
Rumor has it that there’s gonna be a BlogMockRadio podcast tomorrow.

Not for sale. 41 years and I’m still trying to get used to this one. I sure ain’t starting from scratch again.
@ Mike C.:
I don’t think anyone but the present Missus in your life would bid on your cranky ass. I’m not sure, just guessing.

Well, I just watched the utoobage posted up top tonight and all I can ask is where is BobinBrekenridge tonight? He might have been a bit over the edge, but I’ll trade in his obscenities any day for a dollar or two and the current OOT crop.
@ Calo:
BlogMock Radio Sunday according to Rodan. I gave heads up to a few peeps.

Oh,and I’m not cranky -- I’m grouchy. A subtle difference, perhaps, but real.
@ Calo:
Nice Tropicana commercial.
Heavily populated OOT for this time of day. Or night. Whatever…
@ Mike C.:
Yeah.

Couple of years ago we’d be opening up a new thread about now. Times done changed.
“Build me up, Buttercup” on ukelele?
Isn’t that, like, a violation of the Geneva Convention or something?
@ Mike C.:
Nah. I fell in love with that face and voice the first time I saw and heard it.

Try again. I’m out.
Oh, sure. Now I suppose I’m supposed to hold the fort or some damned thing.

Baseball bats? Your adze?
Top o’ da morning’ all! We went to a performance of “Million Dollar Quartet” yesterday. Had a great time! We had front row seats and the guy in the part of Elvis WAS Elvis; it was almost creepy! The face, the moves, the voice, every inflection in his speech. I swear, were he around in 1956, he could have performed on stage and I don’t think anyone would have known the difference! His name is Cody Slaughter.
It’s a very entertaining show; if y’all get a chance to see it, I’d highly recommend it.

Well, I guess all the Police in NY State will just have to destroy all their guns since the Police weapons are now illegal.
Read the last paragraph — the NY Senate could not have accomplished this without the Republicans cooperating.
@ Fritz Katz:
A New York “Republican” would make a pretty fair Leftist Democrat in most other states…
Hmm… 20 minutes ago, there was sun and cute, light snow flurries. Now the sun is gone and it’s snowing seriously.
Lower Sheandoah valley, that is…
Oops -- now the sun is back and we’re back to flight flurries again. Wierd weather…
Er, “Lower Shenandoah valley”…
“Y’er burnin’ daylight!”

Good morning. Somehow I think that CJ will miss the humor in the
video.
He will allege that this is slippery Tea Party brain washing & the Hive
will swarm to please him.
@ RIX:
Why would any sentient being possibly care what that person thought of this or anything else? It’s not nice to make fun of the (mentally) handicapped, you know.

I had to laugh at this on page 3: “In addition, any semi-automatic pistol that has 1 ‘military-type’ feature will, under the new law, be considered an assault weapon. While it may come as a surprise to the authors of the legislation, most semi-automatic pistols do in fact come with a pistol grip, making nearly every semi-automatic pistol an assault weapon and thus subject to registration on a yearly basis”.
He is a head case , isn’t he?
If you’re looking for a good movie On Demand, try Curve Ball
with Clint Eastwood.
Good baseball flick.
@ RIX:
Seriously, what if I don’t like baseball?
@ huckfunn:
I suppose that technically, that thing on the back end of a revolver isn’t a pistol grip, but rather a revolver grip…
@ RIX:
You mean ‘Trouble With The Curve’?
@ Bumr50:
Then watch “Unforgiven” again…

Awesome.

Unless it’s on a semi-automatic revolver, of course.
And yes, I do know there actually is/was such a thing…

From a baseball standpoint, it’s also kind of interesting. It’s sort of the anti-Moneyball, mocking the current trend toward analyzing everything by computer rather than actually watching the players.

Rand Paul sounds like he wants to be POTUS.
Great.
FNS throws a panel up with Karl Rove, and NO conservative counterpoint.
What happened? Did Karl make demands?
Good point, Clint is definitely old school & his advisory
does everything on the computer with stats.
