The Bi-Partisan treachery of America to Islam continues. Obama’s Director of National Intelligence James Clapper told a Senate committee that the establishment of a no fly zone in Syria is a possibility. This follows up the announcement that US troops are set to deploy to Jordan. All this is being done to assist al-Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood against Assad.
Establishing a no-fly zone near Syria could be an option for the Pentagon and White House to end the civil war in Syria, but it could come at significant cost to American forces.
The creation of a no-fly zone, either along the Turkish or Jordanian border with Syria, is a “possibility” for the Obama administration, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper told lawmakers.
[….]
Something is happening, something is going on,” Levin said after Wednesday’s Senate committee hearing on the situation in Syria. That military pressure could result in the creation of the no-fly zone or additional deployments of Patriot missile systems in Turkey or Jordan, Levin said at the time.
While Clapper refused to go into details regarding his conversations on Syria with the White House, his comments on Thursday seem to indicate the administration is leaning toward the no-fly zone option.
“I was pleased with it,” committee ranking member Sen. James Inhofe (R-Okla.) told the Hill after Thursday’s hearing, noting he was somewhat surprised with Clapper’s comments.
The notion of a no-fly zone near Syria has gained traction among Republicans and Democrats on Capitol Hill in recent months.
This is just disgraceful and an insult to Americans. Both parties have sold out Americans to support an Islamic terror organization at the behest of Saudi Arabia and Qatar. I am done with the whole Republican vs. Democrats charade game. I am not telling others how to vote, but as of this writing I am not voting for either party. I refuse to support allies of al-Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood with my vote. Syria is a litmus test for me and both parties have failed.

Any cop will tell you that – rapists key onto women who appear vulnerable by the way they walk and counselers tell women to walk with assertiveness. But it’s difficult. One’s gait is difficult to alter.

The one real question I have about the Boston bombing is why hasn’t anyone taken credit for it yet?
There’s not much point in a terrorist attack if you don’t take credit. Then it just becomes a random crime.

Political terrorists take credit, military ops don’t.
@ heysoos:
That’s pretty much the whole point of terrorism, though. By definition, it’s intended to influence public policy toward some group or other.
Kind of hard to do that when we don’t even know who did it.

true that, but we are getting involved with Syria and now all bets are off… do you think Iran will take credit and invite the USAF to come a calling? Not so much… but this is what we have to look forward to faceless attacks we can’t respond to.
This is probably more suited to the overnight thread, but I can’t stay:
Was I Drunk? Was He Handsome? And Did My Ma Give Me Hell?
A little ditty from the 1930s.
@ Lily:
It would be the first terrorist attack in human history where the perpetrators didn’t publicly take credit.

lobo91 wrote:
exactly they know O is weak they also know one rouge general could vaporize them, actually a pissed of captain on an OHIO boat could … do you think they are gonna take credit?
@ buzzsawmonkey:
He’d go on TV and make a speech, then he’d appoint a commission to come up with recommendations in six months.
Which he would then disregard.
And then it would be election season, so he’d be busy going to fundraisers for the DNC.

I get a cookie now! Then this is worse than terrorist who wants to take credit for the attack. A country that wants to either go to war with us…which is what it was then an act of war.

“Make no mistake…we will find these perpetrators and bring them to justice.”
I don’t think this was an act of terror as much as an act of war.
@ brookly red:
Sorry, but that’s not true.

MSNBC would blame Neo-Nazis or the NRA.
Obama would think that we had it coming. If you read his two ridiculous
memoirs, just like his Muslim father that split on him, Obama sees the
US as evil. Conversely, he sees Islam as rightous.
