Those in the “Professional Blogging Class” can be so amusing at times. Helloieeeee, NEWS FLASH… It isn’t just reporters, it’s anyone who makes the mistake of disagreeing with the Obamanation Administration in anything even remotely resembling a public forum.

Yes, yes, it’s now that time in the program where the audience gets to participate. Yes, I’m obviously a tin foil hat wearing conspiracy theorist.

If you have ever read this blog before than you now that it is anything but being a Obamanation Administration friendly blog. This blogs highest single concentration of readers by some strange coincidence just happens to be individuals residing in Mordor on the Potomac, ( a little fact I happen to be aware of courtesy of Alexa )

Sharyl Attkisson: Something fishy’s been going on with my computers since early 2011

Yea, well, you’re not the only one sweetheart. For about the last year or so my computer has periodically suffered from sudden and inexplicable bouts of inability to connect to the internet. No, there is nothing wrong with my computer, or my internet connection. It just periodically refuses to connect. Getting it to do so again requires jumping through all sorts of flaming hoops and what not. But it comes down to this, periodically my network card suddenly decides that it will not permit network traffic, then it decides that it will turn itself off.

Ya, your right, my tin foil hat is screwed on way to tight. Just because Alexa once reported that someone from the DOJ was reading my blog and then my computer started misbehaving doesn’t actually mean that there is any connection between the two events. Ya, you’re right, I probably just screwed something up on my computer that explains this strange behavior of my computer. No reason to suspect that it’s anything else, right?

It’s not like the DOJ has actually taped into the computers of individuals who refused to worship the Obamessiah… I mean, right? Ya, I know, I know, after all, I am about as small and insignificant as it’s possible to be in the grand scheme of things. No rational or logical reason to think that the DOJ or any other federal bureaucracy would bother wasting their time on anyone as insignificant as me especially while their are genuinely threatening targets out there like Attkisson or Rosen, right?

Try keeping this thought fixed firmly in your mind while considering just how paranoid and foolish this all sounds. Before the Berlin Wall came down the East German Secret Police (the Stasi) kept files on every single East German, and 1 in every 6 East Germans were informants of the Stasi.

Yes, make no mistake about it, what these various Obamanation Administration faceless bureaucrats and bureaucracies are doing is exactly what the KGB and the Stasi used to do, no, they haven’t gotten to the stage that everyone associates with the KGB or the Stasi yet, but even the KGB and the Stasi didn’t start out the way they ended.

HotAir’s Ed Morrissey threw me off HotAir for making a comment there that I had made hundreds of times over a course of two or three years. It was a act of hypocritical cowardice on Ed’s part. All things considered though, looks like Ed might have been encouraged. Is the new statistic going to be, 1 in 6 Professional Bloggers is an informant for the Obamanation Administrations Cyber Secret Police?

Washington DC considers $250K Insurance Policy for Gun Owners

Despite Obama and OFA’s spectacular defeat at the hands of the NRA, The Progressives have not given up on Gun Control. They are enacting laws at the local level to restrict American’s Constitutional civil rights to bear arms. Washington DC is now looking to add another hurdle to Gun ownership. They are contemplating forcing gun owners to get a $250,000 insurance to own a gun. The average person can not afford this, thus an end run around the Supreme Court’s Heller case.

WASHINGTON (CBSDC/AP) — Two D.C. councilmembers said Thursday that they support some form of mandate that gun owners carry liability insurance, but they would have to overcome the objections of Mayor Vincent Gray for the District of Columbia to become the nation’s first jurisdiction to require such coverage.

Councilmembers Vincent Orange and Mary Cheh said after a hearing Thursday that any bill they pursue would likely be narrower than Cheh’s initial proposal, which includes a requirement that gun owners insure themselves against intentional as well as accidental shootings

At least a half-dozen states are considering insurance requirements for gun owners, although none of the bills has made it past the hearing stage.

The district has some of the strictest gun-control laws in the nation. Handguns were banned outright in the nation’s capital until a landmark 2008 Supreme Court ruling, and since then, about 2,000 people have legally purchased firearms. The 13-member council includes 11 Democrats and two left-leaning independents, potentially making the city fertile territory for those pushing an insurance mandate.

This is a disturbing development and end run around people’s Constitutional Rights.

Harper Reed: the Hipster who defeated Mitt Romney

The Hipster led OFA outclassed and outfought the inept Mitt Romney campaign. While Romney used outdated models in his campaign, the Obama Regime used data and social media to destroy the GOP. It is now apparent that Mitt Romney and the Republicans never had a chance in 2012. Every nasty comment by loons like Rick Santorum and Todd Akins was spread by email and social media. This made people despise the GOP and help fuel Obama’s victory, which he should have never won.

Harper Reed was OFA’s Chief Technology Officer and the man who defeated Mitt Romney. In an interview with Yahoo, he discusses how Obama and the Democrats invested heavily in Technology. They allowed his Tech team to use any means to win. This contrasts with Mitt Romney’s team that was stuck in 1980.

The Chief Technology Officer for Barack Obama’s re-election campaign probably does not look like what you think he looks like.

In fact, Harper Reed — the Obama for America CTO who led a highly-regarded team of engineers in support of last November’s victorious candidate — likes to compare his looks to those of his predecessor, the CTO for Obama’s 2008 campaign, as he did in this side-by-side photo he showed while speaking at Rhizome’s Seven by Seven conference in April:

No, Reed is not the buttoned-up, neatly-coiffed exec you might expect to run the technology behind the most important election in America; but regardless of his sartorial choices, or the way he shapes his bangs in the morning, Reed has achieved unqualified triumphs, both as CTO for Threadless, the popular online T-shirt storefront, and then as CTO for President Obama’s reelection run.

In other words: You may question his beard, but you can’t question his success.

Harper Reed is a proof that the Hipster movement is nothing to laugh at. They may wear stupid animal hats Like these below, but are very dangerous.Hipster HatsAnimal hats are very stupid looking I may add. Despite that Hipsters have revolutionized the way campaigns are run. Mr Reed himself ran circles around the GOP’s Corrupt Consultant Class, which was led by the 300 million dollar loser Karl (Pig Vomit) Rove. While the Republican Party led by the Corrupt Consultant Class engages associate nasty characters and turn off voters as a result, the Democrats are preparing for the final battle in 2016. With control of the media, entertainment industry, academia, Wall Street, support from Demographic groups who thanks to GOP hostility wrongly view Democrats as their defenders and OFA’s technology, they smell blood. The Democrats are on the precipice of creating a One Party state modeled after the Soviet Union or Nazi Germany.

If the GOP does not change their hostile rhetoric of different voting blocks, becomes inclusive to all  Americans, adopt a Middle Class agenda, invest in technology and adopt a positive message that resonates with ALL AMERICANS, they will be complicit in turning America into a One Party Socialist dictatorship.

The NRA is the blueprint of how to defeat the Democrats and OFA. They were inclusive, had technology to counter OFA and had a positive message of defending gun rights for ALL Americans. That is how they defeated OFA and it is model the GOP should emulate if they are serious about winning elections and preventing a Socialist dictatorship.

The GOP should emulate from Harper Reed and his fellow Hipsters in regards to technology and campaign startegy. They should not copy those stupid animal hats.

Ann Coulter’s favorite politician Chris Christie launches an assault on the 2nd Amendment rights of New Jersey residents. He is proposing new gun laws that even ban .50 caliber guns.

Gov. Chris Christie unveiled gun control and violence prevention measures that are as comprehensive as they are ambitious.

Christie acknowledges there is no way to prevent all violence in our society, but he says it is the job of government to question, to scrutinize and to demand more in an attempt to address the problem.

The plan calls for expanding New Jersey’s already strict gun control laws, expanding government-funded mental health treatment, making it more difficult for kids buy or rent violent video games, requiring that would-be gun owners show government-issued IDs and bolstering penalties for gun-related crimes.

“It’s hard for me to sit here today and say, ‘If all these things got imposed we’d see an ‘X’ percentage drop in gin violence in this state.’ I don’t know,” said Christie. “Bad people are going to do bad things and so, would greater penalties deter people? You hope they do.”

Expanding New Jersey’s Already Stringent Gun Control Measures:

New Jersey has the second toughest gun laws in the country. The first facet of Christie’s plan seeks to make them even stricter. This includes banning future purchases of the Barrett .50 Caliber; strengthening the state’s existing background check requirement by mandating that mental health records are included in the instant background check process at the time of a firearm purchase; and requiring firearms purchasers to present a valid government photo ID, along with the already mandatory Firearms Purchaser Identification Card.

This is a violation of the Constitutional rights of the people of New Jersey. Chris Christie is who the Corrupt Consultant Class of the GOP wants as the nominee in 2016 if they can’t get Jeb Bush.

Gun Control: OFA and Obama’s Stalingrad

Organizing for America has been the Wehrmacht of American politics. Using new tactics and technology, they have blitzkrieg Hillary Clinton, John McCain, Mitt Romney the Republican Party, Conservatives and the Tea Party over the last 6 years. OFA is an electoral Juggernaut not seen in American politics but just like the German Wehrmacht they have finally met their match.

Taking advantage of the Newtown massacres, Obama and OFA thought they could push gun control. What they did not realize was that the National Rifle Association is a formidable foe. Just as the Wehrmacht underestimated the Red Army, OFA did not realize what it was up against. The NRA had a social media team and had data-miners of their own. They answered every OFA charge and won the Twitter and Facebook wars. Then yesterday the Toomey-Manchin Amendment, alongside Feinstein’s assault weapons ban failed, handing Obama his biggest loss.

Never before had President Barack Obama put the moral force and political muscle of his presidency behind an issue quite this big — and lost quite this badly.

The president, shaken to the core by the massacre of 26 innocents at Sandy Hook Elementary School, broke his own informal “Obama Rule” — of never leaning into an issue without a clear path to victory — first by pushing for a massive gun control package no one expected to pass, and then sticking through it even as he retrenched to a relatively modest bipartisan bill mandating national background checks on gun purchases.

It was a bitter defeat for a president accustomed to winning, a second-term downer that may — or may not — foreshadow the slow decline suffered by so many of his predecessors. Obama seems to have the public behind him, but it illustrated his less-than-Johnsonian powers of personal persuasion, the possible shortcomings of his decision to wait a month after the killings to present a plan and above all the limits of his go-to “outside” strategy of taking his case directly to the American people.

More than anything, it was an emotional blow to Obama, who was as irritated at the four members of his own party as he was at the 90 percent of Republicans who defeated the bill.

Despite Obama’s vow to fight on, one senior adviser to the president said “it was a fair question” to ask if Obama’s old campaign apparatus, Organizing for Action, could help create a groundswell of protest against the “no” voters in each party.Within an hour of Obama’s Rose Garden remarks his political arm, Organizing for Action, announced it is launching a “day of action” Saturday. Supporters in states with what OFA believes are persuadable senators will hold events and be urged to contact their senators.

“We won’t sit around and let Congress drag its heels while Americans are coming together to demand action,” OFA executive director Jon Carson wrote to supporters. “We won’t wait for the next Newtown.”

Make no mistake this was a huge defeat for Obama and OFA. He spent months campaigning and doing his typical demagogue routine. OFA sent emails and did Facebook postings all to no avail. Just like Wehrmact met its match at Stalingrad, OFA met its match on Gun Control. This was OFA and Obama’s Stalingrad.
The credit to this OFA defeat goes to the NRA and not the Republican Party. The GOP knows the American public despises them. Guns is the only issue they are popular on. Caving here would be the end of the party and loss of paychecks to the Corrupt Consultant Class that controls it. This was a victory for the NRA and the Right to Bear Arms.

Teacher has students play the role of Nazis and write an anti-Jewish Essay

The common lie spouted by the Left is that the Nazis were Rightwing. Although they were hyper Nationalists, their economic platform was Socialist. Hence the term, National Socialism as opposed to International Socialism. Slowly over the years some on the Left have begun to admit the Nazis were one of their own. I suspected that over time, the Left would rehabilitate the Nazis. It seems that process has begun.

An English teacher in NY gave an assignment to students. They were to play the role of Nazis. Even worse, their essay was about why Jews are evil.

ALBANY, New York – A New York state high school English teacher who asked students to imagine they were Nazis and give reasons why Jews were evil could be reprimanded or dismissed, a school district superintendent said on Friday.

City School District of Albany Superintendent Marguerite Vanden Wyngaard apologized at a news conference and pledged officials would personally express regret to Albany High School students who were given the assignment and their families.

“This assignment for some of our students at Albany High School was completely unacceptable. It displayed a level of insensitivity that we will not tolerate in our school community,” Vanden Wyngaard said.

The teacher gave three classes of 10th-grade students a persuasive writing assignment as part of a class project to demonstrate how Nazis thought and showed their loyalty to the Third Reich before World War Two.

“You need to pretend that I am a member of the government in Nazi Germany, and you are being challenged to consider that you are loyal to the Nazis by writing an essay convincing me that Jews are evil and the source of our problems,” the assignment instructions said.

It is only a matter of time before the Nazis are embraced by the Left again. This essay was despicable on so many levels.

So it Begins: NY State Police Confiscate Guns… From the Wrong Guy.

THREAD UPDATE: Judge Orders Guns Returned to Man After Finding “Error” by State Police.                                  Hat Tip… Rain of Lead

After further investigation, State Supreme Court Judge William Boller has ruled that the police information that was the basis for the action was “in error.”

Justice Boller writing that the “individual named pursuant to the New York Safe Act was not in fact the above named Licensee.”

“What happened here is the State Police got it wrong,” added Jacobs.

Well that didn’t take long. Following the recent passage of Gov. Cuomo’s gun control laws, New York State Police sent a letter to David Lewis telling him that his pistol permit had been revoked and ordering him to turn in his guns to the police. The letter also stated that if Mr. Lewis did not comply, his guns would be forcibly removed from his home.  Under the advice of this attorney, Mr. Lewis complied and turned in his seven guns. So how did this happen? It seems that the police were somehow informed that Mr. Lewis had been prescribed psychotropic drugs for a brief illness. Under the NY SAFE Act gun-grabbing law, there is a provision that mandates confiscation of guns owned by someone who has been prescribed such drugs.

On April 1st, a legal gun owner in upstate New York reportedly received an official notice from the state ordering him to surrender any and all weapons to his local police department. The note said that the person’s permit to own a gun in New York was being suspended as well. The gun owner contacted attorney Jim Tresmond (a specialist in gun laws in New York) and the two visited the local police precinct.

Mr. Tresmond reportedly went into the precinct and informed the officers that his client, waiting in the parking lot, was coming in to voluntarily surrender his weapons as requested. The local police were aware of the letter because they had already been contacted by the State Police. Apparently, if people do not respond to the initial mailing, local law enforcement is authorized to visit the gun owner at their home and demand the surrender of the firearms. In this case, the gun owner followed the request as written. The guns and permits were handed over and a receipt given to the client.

After the guns were turned over, a request for a local hearing was filed and the gun owner is expecting to have his Second Amendment rights restored. But there is more to this story.

In our conversation with lawyer Jim Tresmond, we learned that this client, who has never had a problem with the law — no criminal record and or violent incidents on record — did have a temporary, short term health issue that required medication. But how were his client’s private medical information accessed by the government? This appears to be a violation of HIPAA and Health Information Privacy policies at HHS.gov. If it is declared a violation, this becomes a civil rights issue.

How did this happen? By pushing through a reckless gun control law in the middle of the night thanks to New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, that’s how.

How did confiscation start happening so quickly? Apparently the gun grabbing was triggered by something inside the NY SAFE Act — New York’s new gun law — that has a provision apparently mandating confiscation of weapons and permits if someone has been prescribed psychotropic drugs.

The Dangers of One Party Rule

Its obvious to most of us that the US is practically under One Party rule. The Democrats have established complete control over the institutions of power. The Media, Entertainment and Academia are under the thumb of the Democrat Party. In many parts of the country, it is now socially unacceptable to be a Republican. In popular culture, Republicans and Conservatives have been demonized and for many people, they are the modern equivalent of Nazis. Ridicule, not death camps or gulags is how the Democrats maintain co0ntrol of society.

When the Republicans controlled the Presidency, House and Senate from 2003-2007, it was cosmetic control. The Democrats still set the agenda through their control of societal institutions. Everything the GOP did during their control, was in reaction to Democrat demands. Even if my some miracle, the GOP wins all 3 branches of government, heir rule will not be longs and superficial.  Even if the economy is crappy in 2016, Democrats are still favored to win because of their institutional control. Conservatives thinking that there will be a backlash against the economy or Obamcare are deluding themselves.

If the Republicans want to survive, they will have to start reaching out to demographic groups that normally do not vote for them. It will not be easy, but they need to start. Sadly many Republican voters are against outreach for various reasons, mainly they have been convinced by Democrats its a waste. This is a short sighted attitude that has cost the party electorally. Republicans need to take a page out of anti-Communist activists in Eastern Europe and start underground organizations to weaken Democrat control of the institutions. A counter to OFA is a must to begin to chip away.

I am not hopeful that the GOP will do what is needed to prevent the Democrats from cementing their One Party Rule. The Corrupt Consultant Class loves having their little fiefdom over a shrinking party. Many Republican voters still do not realize the extent of the hole their party is in and are resistant to any change to make the GOP competitive. I am convinced there are Democrat operatives within the GOP that make sure the Party stays weak.

If the US survives, I can foresee 20 years from now Obama’s face on Mt. Rushmore, statutes in many American towns and even his birthday as a holiday. We are on the verge of a One Party State and I do not see anything that will change this.

Interesting information

Yesterday Zip posted a video of a USC professor, in class, railing against “racist Republicans,” “old white people” (he himself is white), Mitt Romney, etc., and actually recommending to his students various forms of skullduggery to deny Republicans the vote. It’s probably nothing you haven’t heard before—but hearing it as part of the taught lesson at a publicly-funded university is really chilling.

Well, check this out: the professor, Darry Sragow, the Managing Partner of the Los Angeles office of a Very Big law firm called “Dentons,” in the area of Public Policy and Regulation.

According to his firm bio, he “is widely recognized as one of California’s leading strategists for political campaigns, corporations, Native American tribes and nonprofit organizations,” and has managed five statewide political campaigns.” He is also a current board member of something called “the Constitutional Rights Foundation,” of all things.

Isn’t that special? Amazing what you can find on Google, ain’t it?

Anyway, if there are regulations in California regarding the behavior of lobbyist/consultant types (I know—hahahaha—but they regulate everything else), somebody there might want to bring this to someone’s attention. Or, if anyone does tip feeds to personalities like Limbaugh or Mark Levin, they might want to pass this along.
