“Given the size of the enemy’s force, this could have been a major catastrophe for Khost. Luckily we prevented it,” he said.
Small arms fire continued through the morning, while NATO helicopters patrolled overhead.
NATO said two insurgents had managed to breach Salerno’s perimeter, but were observed cutting the fence and killed immediately.
Dead insurgents were seen wearing camouflage jackets and pants seemingly identical to those warn by U.S. Army soldiers….
It always happens whenever we trust Muslims
The following is an excerpt from a 1999 article about another false-flag operation carried out by the narcoterrorist/Islamist KLA, who, under various names and guises, were then, and still are, the local branch of al Qaeda in Kosovo.
This, of course, took place during the aftermath of the Kosovo War. For those not old enough to remember, Bill Clinton arm-twisted NATO into going along with him in his unprovoked war against the Christian Serbs, on behalf of the Muslim KLA.
The KLA obligingly helped him out by masquerading as Serb soldiers to commit acts of violence against civilians, so as to give Clinton some halfway-credible pretext to bolster his shaky rationale for committing the US and NATO militaries to make war on the Serbs.

On December 3, 1999, Agence France Presse (AFP) reported that UN police and KFOR [that is, NATO] troops found illegal weapons, KLA uniforms, and Serb police uniforms in a house “inhabited by members of the future Kosovo Protection Corps” [the successor to the supposedly-disbanded Kosovo Liberation Army or KLA].
Would someone please tell us: what are KLA operatives doing with Serbian police uniforms?
Remember all of those news stories about various war crimes and atrocities that were supposedly committed by Serbian police, often wearing masks, during the NATO bombing and before?
The stories completely contradicted other reports, such as official documents from the German Courts, which ruled that there was no persecution of ethnic Albanians in Kosovo. [See note #2 at the end]
Of course, the stories did not offer any hard evidence that the culprits were actually Serbian police.
But these stories certainly were convenient for the NATO sales team, and the mass media, in terms of selling the war against the Serbs. What an effective way to turn public opinion against the Yugoslav nation and the entire Serbian people!
One thought we had at the time: ANYBODY can put on a stolen police uniform. And the KLA wouldn’t have to steal the uniforms either; they could simply manufacture identical uniforms in any clothing factory.
This is all especially eerie because we read a Reuters story dated December 4, 1999 about the fighting going on in Chechnya, in Russia. According to the story the “US-sponsored Radio Liberty” reported that “masked Russian troops had opened fire at close range on the column of refugees.”
“Masked Russian troops”? Again, why the masks? IF they were trying to disguise who they were, why wear Russian uniforms? Unless of course they really anti-Russian troops trying to provide negative media coverage to be played in the West, where the governments (especially the Clinton administration) are supporting the Chechnya rebels behind the scenes because they want to see Russia broken up into edible pieces.

Illegal arms cache found in homes of Kosovo Corps members
PRISTINA, Yugoslavia, Dec 3 (AFP) – A stash of weapons was found in a house in southern Kosovo inhabited by members of the future Kosovo Protection Corps, UN police said Friday. UN police officers and members of the NATO-led forces in Kosovo (KFOR) searched two houses in Stimje, where they said they found “anti-tank rockets, anti-personnel land mines, sub-machine guns, thousands of bullets, as well as Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) and Serb police uniforms.” They arrested two members of the Kosovo Protection Corps, who police said would be charged with “illegal possession of military armaments.” Police did not specify the number of weapons found, only indicating that the number was “substantial.”
The take-home lesson
Never fight on behalf of Muslims, and be exceedingly wary of Muslims as enemies. Muslims can never be counted on to follow the ‘normal’ (i.e.,customary European) rules of warfare, though Muslims are always the first ones to complain whenever they can find a way to make it look as though we are not following our own rules.
Imam Rauf of the 9/11 Ground Zero Islamic Colonial Center is beloved by Progressives and Elite Republicans. He is praised as a Moderate and is even paid by our Pro-Islamic State Department to travel overseas. Well the game is up with this Imperialist fraud and recording have come out where his true colors have come out. Mayor Bloomberg is one of his biggest supporters. In fact NYC Comptroller John Liu has said that the Islamic Center might even qualify for public funds. I wonder what Bloomberg who claims to be a supporter of Israel has to say on Imam Rauf’s views on Israel?
Meanwhile, records show Rauf has called for a “one state” solution to the Israeli-Palestinian problem — an outcome some say could lead to Israel’s disappearance.
The view, expressed in a 2005 speech in Australia, is contrary to the US government’s long-standing “two state” solution of Israel and Palestine living “side by side in peace and security.”
Hamas is a shibboleth. If you want to know whether an ostensible Muslim “moderate” is really moderate, ask him if Hamas is a terrorist organization.
It is really not a hard question, even if Feisal Rauf can’t — or won’t — answer it. Rauf, the would-be imam of the controversial Ground Zero mosque, is also a stud in the State Department’s stable of ready-to-travel-on-your-dime “moderates.” That same State Department has branded Hamas a terrorist organization, and we can’t even get it to say that about the Taliban, the guys we’re fighting in the overseas contingency operation formerly known as the War on Terror.
During a WABC radio interview, Aaron Klein three times pressed Rauf to admit that Hamas is a terrorist organization. Rauf bobbed and weaved in classic Islamist style. “I’m not a politician,” he replied, as if only politicians trouble themselves over whether terrorists are terrorists. “I try to avoid the issues. The issue of terrorism is a very complex question.” Avoid the issues? You don’t say!

When I read this I was stunned. For nearly seven years American forces in Iraq fought in a restrained manner. They stood by as Iraqis destroyed Chaldean churches and had to deal with non stop attacks. China and France won the oil contracts not the US! This made the American public turn against the war and view the Iraqis as ingrates. This sour mood about Iraq is part of what propelled Barack Hussein Obama to the White House. Bush implemented the surge strategy which brought some measure of stability to Iraq. Now that we are leaving, The Iraqis want us to stay.
BAGHDAD (AFP) – A majority of Iraqis believe it was the wrong time for a major withdrawal of US combat troops, a poll said on Tuesday, with more than half also warning that it would have negative consequences.
When asked if it was the right time for American soldiers to leave — the US military earlier confirmed troop numbers in Iraq had fallen under 50,000 for the first time — 59.8 percent said no, compared to 39.5 percent who said yes.

The saying “be careful what you wish for” is causing this opinion of Iraqis. They hated us and attacked us, now they want us to stay. America got very little out of the Iraq war other than removing Saddam. We got no oil and did nothing about the destruction of the Chaldean Christian community. We didn’t even give refugee status to the Christians. The Iraqis shouldn’t have launched those attacks on our troops or call for us to leave. They got what they wanted and now will regret it.
Personally, I don’t think we should leave Iraq as it’s a staging area we can use against the Saudis, Syrians and Iranians. But the decision is made and I personally couldn’t care less what happens to the Iraqi people except the Kurds who are true allies and deserve a state. The time is right for a Free Kurdistan!

The biggest myth claimed by the Progressive-Islamic Axis is that Israel is resigning Gaza. This is an outright lie and leaves out the fact Egypt is blockading Gaza. The sight of a brand new Chevrolet with 2010 plates cruising through down town Gaza City raises the question: how did it get there?
Until this month the partial Israeli/Egyptian blockade of the Gaza Strip banned the import of vehicles, but even now they can not come through the border crossing due to internal Palestinian politics.
So the Chevvy and the dozens of other new cars seen around town are still coming in via the smuggling tunnels under the Gaza/Egypt border.
A video obtained by Sky News shows a bulldozer pulling a large car through a tunnel.

The Progressive-Islamic axis is pushing the 9/11 ground zero Islamic Colonial center as a symbol of tolerance. They know very well the majority of Americans view this as a disrespect, but are shoving it down our throats anyway. Well if they want to build bridges and promote tolerance, I say let’s call their bluff.
I am making two proposals to see if the Ummah really wants to build bridges of tolerance. The first is a Serbian Orthodox Church should be built near the site of the Srebrenica execution. At that site Serbian forces executed several thousand Islamic Bosnian and their Arab Jihadi allied fighters. The Islamic world views this as a terrorist act, but in the name of tolerance they should accept a church. The 2nd is building a Synagogue on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. The original Jewish temple was there, but now it is occupied by Al Aqsa Mosque. Well, as a sign of tolerance, Jews should be permitted to build a synagogue there as well.
With these two proposals, We will see whether Dar Al Islam really are about tolerance. Something tells me, they will not react very well to these ideas!

Panama City, Florida (CNN) – In a boost for President Obama on a red-hot controversy, Florida Gov. Charlie Crist told CNN Saturday that he fully supports Obama’s decision to back construction of an Islamic center and mosque near New York’s ground zero.
“I think he’s right – yeah,” Crist, who was elected governor as a Republican but is now running for Senate as an independent candidate, told CNN. “We are a country in my view that stands for freedom of religion. You know, respect for others. I know there are sensitivities and I understand that, but I think Mayor Bloomberg is right and I think the President is right.”
Charlie Crist who is now running behind Marco Rubio in the latest polls are Democrats are now supporting their front runner Kendrick Meeks, has handed us a weapon to hammer him with. The American people are against this insult and Barack Hussein Obama’s support of it will cost many Democrats their seats. This is the perfect club to hit the Progressives with, thanks Obama and Democrats!

Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi, who, despite what some of his supporters claim, is neither peace-loving nor “moderate”, has warned Muslims in western lands to ‘cool it’ for the time being.
Why this strategic retreat? It seems that the constant efforts to import the benighted and savage Muslim ideology and lifestyle into western nations has begun to draw negative attention. More and more of the citizenry (though not yet the governments) of western nations have learned to be suspicious of everything having to do with Islam, and with very good reason. For just one example, the outrageous attempt to build a huge mosque next to the Ground Zero site has alerted much of the public to the true nature of Islam, and has given rise to widespread public protests. As far as Qaradawi and other jihadis are concerned, it will never do to have the public catch on while there is still time to put a stop to their activities.

…Qaradawi is referring to those other aspects of Sharia law — you know, subjugation of non-Muslim infidels, absolute authority over women, jihad, draconian punishments, and all the rest — that do create “hardships” for Muslims who try to implement them in the West, for instance, by getting them arrested and imprisoned.
In other words, far from “liberalizing” Muslim life, taysir allows only for insincere conformity. As Qaradawi made clear, to practice taysir is not to renounce Sharia’s otherwise harsh obligations; it is to put them on hold till circumstances are more accommodating.
Qaradawi’s Muslim Brotherhood colleague, Tariq Ramadan, provides an ideal example: he recommends that a “moratorium” — a temporary ban — be placed on the Muslim practice of stoning adulterers to death; yet he refuses to say that stoning is intrinsically un-Islamic. This, of course, is taysir in practice: because stoning people in the West is liable to get the stoner incarcerated or worse, upholding the Sharia mandate to stone adulterers is “hard” on Muslims living in the West, so best to put it on hold — that is, till circumstances are more opportune.
A final observation: the notorious doctrine of taqiyya, which permits Muslims to deceive non-Muslims, is rooted in taysir; in fact, one of the few books devoted to the topic, al-Taqiyya fi al-Islam, spends some time rationalizing taqiyya in light of taysir. And there it is: when Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi, perhaps the most authoritative Muslim voice in Sunni Islam today, calls on Muslims “especially in Europe and America” to practice taysir, he is, in essence, calling on them to practice taqiyya — calling on them to conform outwardly to Western standards while inwardly maintaining loyalty to Sharia.
The long and the short of it is that our Muslim enemies are in the process of using western beliefs and ideals, including protections enshrined in the US Constitution, as a cover for their efforts to overthrow and destroy western civilization. Also, shari’ah-compliant financial transactions, the expunging of offensive likenesses of Mohammed or imagined depictions of Arabic characters that connote “Allah,” official swearings-in on Korans in place of customary Bibles, the neutralizing of official descriptive language about Islamists and the jihad, the revision of so-called offensive content in movies and television programs, the removal of representations of pigs from the public sphere, and many other acculturations to Muslim entreaties have all been made in the service of respecting Muslim religious beliefs and practices.
To those in Western democracies, these accommodating actions appear, on the surface, to be little more than harmless civil gestures, respecting the needs of a growing religion in their midst and welcoming a new addition to their proud, multicultural tradition. Many Westerners pat themselves on the back for their liberal bent, their tolerance and their open-mindedness.
Little do they realize that this strategic pattern of demands is part of an insidious, 1,400-year-old proscription for Muslims that originates in the Koran and the Sunnah, the deeds of Mohammed. It is the Hijra or doctrine of immigration. Modeled by Mohammed’s migration from Mecca to Medina, this immigration is not to a romanticized melting pot wherein newcomers gratefully search for opportunities for a better life in liberty and freely offer their talents and loyalty to benefit their new homeland. This is immigration for Islamic expansionism employing ethnic separatism to gain special status and privileges within the host country. Hijra is immigration designed to subvert and subdue non-Muslim societies and pave the way for eventual, total Islamization.
Apparently, it isn’t just the perpetrator of a crime that gets punished in Iran. Sometimes, they decide to take out your lawyer and your family as well.
Attorney in stoning case seeks asylum as client awaits court decision
Istanbul, Turkey (CNN) — A prominent human rights lawyer is sitting in a detention cell in Turkey as an Iranian court prepares to render a final decision — possibly Thursday — in the case of his client, Sakineh Mohammedie Ashtiani, who was sentenced to death by stoning after being convicted of adultery.
But Mohammad Mostafaei, who helped launch a worldwide campaign to clear Ashtiani, has much more on his mind. More than 1,000 miles away, his wife is in a cell too — in Iran’s notorious Evin prison.
For the crime of doing his job by trying to keep this woman from being stoned to death, he had to flee his country leaving his wife in a jail cell in Iran. For protecting the rights of another, his wife, as well as his brother-in-law (who has since been freed) were imprisoned.
Ok.
Meanwhile, Iran again on Thursday lashed out at the international media for what it called the politicization of Ashtiani’s case. Gholam Hossein Dehghani, a foreign ministry official attending a United Nations meeting in Switzerland, said Ashtiani was not only accused of adultery, but she had also been found guilty of conspiracy to murder her husband.
“The delegation was amazed at how journals had swayed the public opinion on this matter, but in Iran, anyone who murdered an innocent person could be subject to capital punishment,” Dehghani said, according to minutes of the meeting.
So the charges started at adultery, upgraded to include conspiracy to murder… and then she is equated with “anyone who murdered an innocent person”.
No charges? Hell, just make some up!
Iranian authorities told Mostafaei that his family would be detained until he turned himself in.

I’ve read Martha Nussbaum’s work before, and she always struck me as one of the saner and smarter of the big shot intellectuals. I’ve actually met her, but let’s not go there. In the NYT, she decided to defend the burka against attacks in both Europe and America with what has to be one of the lamest pieces of gobbledygook this side of LGF.
In Spain earlier this month, the Catalonian assembly narrowly rejected a proposed ban on the Muslim burqa in all public places — reversing a vote the week before in the country’s upper house of parliament supporting a ban. Similar proposals may soon become national law in France and Belgium. Even the headscarf often causes trouble. In France, girls may not wear it in school. In Germany (as in parts of Belgium and the Netherlands) some regions forbid public school teachers to wear it on the job, although nuns and priests are permitted to teach in full habit. What does political philosophy have to say about these developments? As it turns out, a long philosophical and legal tradition has reflected about similar matters.
Priests teaching with “full habit”? Who knew? Now watch this clever-by-half technique:

On the whole, the accommodationist position has been dominant in U. S. law and public culture ─ ever since George Washington wrote a famous letter to the Quakers explaining that he would not require them to serve in the military because the “conscientious scruples of all men” deserve the greatest “delicacy and tenderness.” For a time, modern constitutional law in the U. S. applied an accommodationist standard, holding that government may not impose a “substantial burden” on a person’s “free exercise of religion” without a “compelling state interest” (of which peace and safety are obvious examples, though not the only ones). The landmark case articulating this principle concerned a woman, Adell Sherbert, who was a Seventh-Day Adventist and whose workplace introduced a sixth workday, Saturday. Fired because she refused to work on that day, she sought unemployment compensation from the state of South Carolina and was denied on the grounds that she had refused “suitable work.” The U. S. Supreme Court ruled in her favor, arguing that the denial of benefits was like fining Mrs. Sherbert for her nonstandard practices: it was thus a denial of her equal freedom to worship in her own way.
This is what you get when you give somebody without any legal training a position at the faculty of a law school. An argument that would be laughed out of a traffic court. Employment law is a completely different ball game, with completely different standards from civil law. Fail.
Read the whole thing, but take some ibuprofen first. It goes on and on and on with such lamities and WTFs as:
A reasonable demand might be that a Muslim woman have a full face photo on her driver’s license or passport. With suitable protections for modesty during the photographic session, such a photo might possibly be required. However, we know by now that the face is a very bad identifier.
And
When Turkey banned the veil long ago, there was a good reason in that specific context: because women who went unveiled were being subjected to harassment and violence. The ban protected a space for the choice to be unveiled, and was legitimate so long as women did not have that choice. We might think of this as a “substantial burden” justified (temporarily) by a “compelling state interest.” But in today’s Europe women can dress more or less as they please; there is no reason for the burden to religious liberty that the ban involves.
It takes an intellectual to get things this not even wrong.

The Nation of Gods and Earths was founded by Clarence 13X after he left the Nation of Islam‘s Temple Number Seven in Harlem, New York (the same temple where Malcolm X was a minister from 1960 to 1963). Multiple stories exist as to why Clarence and the NOI parted ways: some have him refusing to give up gambling; others have him questioning the unique divinity of Wallace Fard Muhammad, whom the NOI deified as the True and Living God in person; or questioning his position due to the fact that Fard was part-Caucasian. The story states that Clarence was then disciplined by the NOI and excommunicated in 1963, but another version of events says that he left on his own free will along with Abu Shahid.[1][2] who agreed with Clarence’s questioning of Wallace Fard Muhammad. That same year Clarence met James Howell a sea merchant, who would later become Four Cipher Akbar(aka Justice) and Clarence’s closet associate until his death.

Clarence taught the NOI lessons to his group of young followers (who came to refer to him as the Father), but instead of teaching them to be Muslims, he taught them that they were God the same way he was. The women who came into Clarence’s growing nation to study along with the males were taught they were symbolic of the planet Earth, because it is the planet on which God produces life (hence the female practitioners using Earth as their title). The NGE, then, is more of a cultural practice than a religious one and, in fact, the group does not call itself a religion at all. Its position is that it makes no sense to be religious or to worship or deify anyone or anything outside of oneself when adherents themselves are the highest power in the known universe, or Supreme Being, both collectively and individually.[dubious – discuss]
In addition to the lessons of the NOI, The Father taught a system of numbers that he developed called Supreme Mathematics that can be compared to the Jewish mystical tradition of Kabbalah, or even more closely related to the Arabic Abjad numerals. In this system, the numbers from one to nine, and zero all represent principles and concepts. Coming together to discuss the Supreme Mathematics is the most popular ritual of the NGE. Whenever Gods and Earths meet, they speak about the Supreme Mathematics and 120 Lessons. This dialogue is referred to by the Five-Percent as building, which is the eighth degree of the Supreme Mathematics, and it means to add on to the cipher, a completion of a circle of 360 degrees. Gods and Earths can build their minds, which means to elevate or add on to the knowledge one has. Building also refers to the building of their physical bodies, their financial status, or to intuitions, among much more that the principle of Build can represent.
