“Moderate” P.A.: Death Penalty For Those Who Sell Land To Jews

Once again, the “moderate” P.A. issues another death threat to their people against selling land to Jews.  This isn’t the first time either, this is a long standing P.A. policy.  Notice that this Fatwa and law is against all Jews; not “Zionists”, or “Israelis”, or IDF, blah, blah, blah….nope…..it is against ALL Jews!  Where are the condemnations for such blatant Anti-semitism, and actions against harmony from the usual “peace” groups, and “civil-Rights” Organizations on this?

http://www.israelnationalnews.com/static/blogs/20080323104334.jpgThe Palestinian Authority has issued yet another warning to Palestinians against selling their homes or properties to Jews, saying those who violate the order would be accused of “high treason” – a charge that carries the death penalty.

The latest warning was issued on Wednesday by the Chief [Islamic] Judge of the Palestinian Authority, Sheikh Tayseer Rajab Tamimi, who reminded the Palestinians of an existing fatwa [religious decree] than bans them from selling property to Jews.

Sheikh Tamimi’s warning came in response to reports that Jewish businessmen from the US had purchased 20 dunams of land from Palestinians on the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem.

Warning the Palestinians against engaging in “suspicious real estate deeds,” the religious leader said that according to Islamic teachings it was a “grave sin” to sell houses and lands to Jews.

He said that the ban also applies to
real estate
agents or middlemen who are involved in such transactions.

He warned that anyone who ignores the warning would be punished in accordance with Islamic teachings and would also be ostracized by his community and family.

Sheikh Tamimi also issued a ban on renting out property to Jewish individuals and organizations under the pretext that they would spread moral, political and security corruption there.

“The city of Jerusalem is the religious, political and spiritual capital of the Palestinians,” he said.  “The Jews have no rights in Jerusalem. This is an occupied city like the rest of the territories that were occupied in 1967.”

Scores of Palestinians have been murdered over the past three decades for allegedly selling their property to Jews or for acting as intermediaries in
real estate
deeds involving Jews.

Several fatwas issued by PA Islamic clerics have ruled that any Palestinian who sells his property to Jews would face the death sentence.

Fatah legislator Hatem Abdel Kader, who also serves as PA Prime Minister Salaam Fayad’s adviser on Jerusalem affairs, told The Jerusalem Post that the new-old ban was needed to thwart attempts by the new right-wing government in Israel to take control over more lands in the Arab neighborhoods of the city.

I ask you then….who exactly in this Conflict are the “racist”, “ultra-nationalists”?  Funny, (not!) how they don’t use those terms when describing the Phakestinians, or other Arabs, even when their behavior is worse!

Per Carl In Jerusalem:

“By the way, unfortunately, these threats are not a joke. Recall the case of Muhammed Abu al-Hawa (three links), who was murdered in April 2006 for selling land to Jews in the Jerusalem neighborhood of Abu Tor.  And of course that explains why when they are discovered selling land to Jews, ‘Palestinians’ will inevitably deny it (in collaboration with Israeli ‘peace groups’ of course) as was the case with Shalom House in Hebron from which the Jewish residents were ultimately expelled in December 2008.

Let’s go to the videotaped evidence of that sale.”

Ahhh….the religion of peace!  These are the guys that the U.N, and Obama are forcing Israel to surrender to.

Israeli War Planes Struck Sudan in January

by Rodan ( 6 Comments › )
Filed under IDF, Israel at March 26th, 2009 - 10:55 pm

Good for Israel! I am glad they hit a convoy of Iranian arms heading for Gaza in January.

US sources say Israel struck in Sudan

Two American official have confirmed that Israeli warplanes bombed a convoy of trucks in Sudan in January that was believed to be carrying arms to be smuggled into Gaza, the New York Times reported Friday.

The two, who are privy to classified intelligence assessments, said that Iran had been involved in the effort to smuggle weapons to Gaza. They also noted that there had been intelligence reports that an operative with Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps had gone to Sudan to coordinate the effort.

Israel should ignore Obama and do what it has to do. Unlike Serbia it has Nukes and a good air force, so they don’t have to worry about NATO or the UN.

The above is a cartoon by Pat Oliphant that is currently running in some of America’s most popular newspapers.  The cartoon portrays a headless, jack-booted figure marching in a goose step with a sword in one hand and pushing a Star of David on a wheel with the other.  The Jewish Star has fangs and is chasing after a woman carrying a child, labeled “Gaza.”

Pat Oliphant’s use of the Star of David in combination with Nazi-like imagery is hideously anti-Semitic. It falsely employs Nazi imagery to portray Israel as a jack-booted, goose-stepping headless apparition, and goes beyond-the-pale of “dissent” and regular ‘criticism”

Welcome to the United States 2009!  You aren’t reading about these widespread and mainstream anti-Semitic incidents in a history book regarding Germany…this is your world, and it is taking place now!  I wouldn’t be shocked if we soon hear of “Palestine”-American Solidarity rallies that fill Madison Square Garden! One would expect this type of disgraceful cartoon from an insignificant Neo-Nazi publication, or something similar, but in today’s America it is run widely in the New York Times and The Washington Post, among others.

Israeli Muslim Leader Attacks Police!

For years now the World has been insisting that if Israel were to just create another “Palestinian” state there would instant peace in the middle east, Arabs would love the Jews, and everything would be right with the universe.  However, what they, and most Israeli Government officials (excluding Lieberman, whom the MSM works day and night to slander) fail to realize is the larger threat that exists within the pre-1967 borders: The traitorous Arab Israeli citizens!

Despite having full rights as Israeli citizens, a higher standard of living than any other Arab in the Middle East, and full representation in the Israeli Knesset, Arab-Israelis consider themselves “Palestinians”, support the Terrorists over their own Government, threaten other Arab-Israelis who wish to participate in National service, meet with Hamas, and openly state their desire to crush Israel/Zionism.  Arab-Israeli acts of antisemitism, growing radicalism, violence against Jews, and other treason, although unreported by the international MSM, are common place within Israel.

Israeli-Arabs Rally In Support of Hamas During Operation Cast Lead

(IsraelNN.com) Israeli Muslim leader Sheikh Raed Salah, head of the Islamic Movement’s “Inner Palestine” division, has been arrested for allegedly assaulting police officers. The incident allegedly took place as officers dispersed an illegal gathering in Jerusalem. Four others, one of them Salah’s personal guard, were arrested in connection with the same incident.

Infuriated Islamic Movement officials called Salah’s arrest “unacceptable” and accused Israel of “Judaizing Jerusalem.”

The illegal gathering which Salah attended was connected to the Palestinian Authority’s celebrations of its own version of “Jerusalem Day.” The PA, joined by the Arab League, has designated Jerusalem “the capital of Arab culture for 2009,” and kicked off celebrations on Saturday in what Israeli police called a violation of Israel’s agreements with the PA and an attempt to flaunt Israeli sovereignty in the capital city.

When officers arrived to disperse the meeting, Salah and his supporters allegedly rioted, physically assaulting the police.

Salah has been arrested for alleged incitement and assault in the past, as well as for allegedly financing Hamas activities. He has served time in prison and has also been temporarily barred from Jerusalem, a sentence he received after a series of riots sparked when Muslim leaders accused Israel of attempting to destroy the Al Aksa mosque on the Temple Mount.

Practically everyday the MSM doesn’t miss an opportunity to libel these individuals as “racist”, “nationalist”, “fascist” or “ultra-nationalist”, etc. Despite all these slanderous labels being thrown around, there is one thing that these ivory tower nay-sayers cannot prove, and that is that these leaders are wrong! It might not be politically correct or comfortable, but the facts support so-called “extremists” like Lieberman.

Hamas on the verge of International Acceptance

by Rodan ( 5 Comments › )
Filed under Dhimmitude at March 22nd, 2009 - 10:26 am

This doesn’t shock me at all since Hamas is the Left’s new favorite group. This really sickens me.

Hamas’s Free Lunch

Today Hamas stands on the cusp of international acceptance. It may take a week or a month or a year, but today Hamas stands where Fatah and the PLO stood in the late 1980s. The genocidal jihadist terror group is but a step away from an invitation to the Oval Office. Two events in the past week show this to be the case.

First, last Saturday, The Boston Globe reported that Paul Volcker, who serves as President Barack Obama’s economic recovery adviser, and several former senior US officials have written a letter to Obama calling for the US to recognize Hamas. As one of the signatories, Brent Scowcroft, who was national security adviser under president George H.W. Bush, explained, “I see no reason not to talk to Hamas.”

I bet the Internationalists will also recognize Al Qaeda also .  Well 7 1/2 years after 9/11 it seems looks like Bin Laden won.

Amnesty International calls for arms embargo on Israel and Hamas

by Rodan ( 18 Comments › )
Filed under Islamists, Israel at February 25th, 2009 - 10:32 am

Amnesty International is now calling for an arms embargo against Israel and Hamas. This is a joke since only Israel would be effected.

Israel-Hamas arms embargo urged

Amnesty International has called for a freeze on arms sales to Israel and Palestinian groups such as Hamas following the recent Gaza conflict The human rights group said it had evidence both Israel and Hamas had used weapons sourced from overseas to carry out attacks on civilians.

It called for the UN Security Council to impose the embargo on all parties. Both Israel and Hamas have rejected the conclusions of the report, in which Amnesty accuses each of war crimes.

This is the same crap that happeend to Serbia in the 90′s. AI called for an embargo on all Combatants, in reality it only effected Serbia since the UN turned a blind eye to the Muslims getting weapons from Iran and Saudi Arabia. When the embargo didn’t stop the Serbs, NATO bombs did. Now it’s Israel’s turn. Israel better watch out, the Leftist-Islamic alliance has it targetted.

U.S. To Pledge $900 Million To Gaza

by WrathofG-d ( 19 Comments › )

Hey, why not…..its not like we are in a recession, a deficit, or anything like that….and besides what could go wrong with giving millions of dollars to Gaza?

_________________________________________________________

‘U.S. plans to pledge $900 million for Gaza’

Hillary Clinton In A Headscarf With Yassir ArafatThe United States plans to pledge more than $900 million to help rebuild Gaza after Israel’s offensive against Hamas and strengthen the Palestinian Authority, a U.S. official said on Monday.

The money will be channeled through UN and other bodies and will not be distributed via the militant group Hamas, which rules Gaza, said the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity as U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton plans to make the announcement next week at a Gaza donors conference in Egypt.

Clinton’s bid to get the $900 million could face an uphill battle in Congress where requests for Gaza will likely meet resistance as Hamas continues to rule there and the U.S. focus is on its own souring economy.

In December, the former Bush administration said it would give $85 million to the United Nations agency giving aid to Palestinian refugees in the West Bank, Gaza, Jordan, Lebanon and Syria.

Hamas is labeled a terrorist group by the United States and money must be channeled through UN bodies or the Palestinian Authority run by President Mahmoud Abbas.

The United States wants Abbas’ PA to play a central role in the reconstruction effort in Gaza, hoping this will increase its influence in the Hamas stronghold. Washington is also putting pressure on other donors to bolster the Palestinian Authority. Hamas ousted Fatah from Gaza in a bloody 2007 coup.

“We call on donor countries to focus their pledges to meet the Palestinian Authority’s priorities, including budget support, and on projects that can be funded through the Palestinian Authority and other existing, trusted mechanisms,” said the State Department official.

Israel slams UN ‘provocation’ at Erez

From Jpost

UNRWA LogoThe office of the Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories slammed UNRWA on Monday and accused the United Nations organization of creating a provocation at the Kerem Shalom crossing by bringing trucks to it carrying supplies that had not been approved by Israel for entry into the Gaza Strip.

On Monday, the Kerem Shalom crossing was opened for the delivery of humanitarian supplies to Gaza, including some 50 trucks with supplies provided by UNRWA. The night before, UNRWA had asked the Gaza Coordination and Liaison Administration to permit the transfer of paper and plastic bags to Gaza, and had been told the request was under consideration.

Despite not having received approval, UNRWA, COGAT officials said, drove several trucks carrying the supplies from Jerusalem to the crossing and coordinated their arrival with several media outlets, which filmed the trucks being turned away.

COGAT Spokesman Maj. Peter Lerner called the incident a “regretful provocation” by the UNRWA spokesman’s office and added that while Israel may eventually approve the transfer of office supplies to Gaza, it was currently focusing on humanitarian aid.

“UNRWA receives preferential treatment at the crossings, and today alone 50 of its trucks were allowed in,” Lerner said.

May: And the winner of the Battle of Gaza is …

What took place in Gaza and Israel over the past three weeks was not a war – it was one battle in a war. Or, to be more precise, it was one battle in what the soldier/scholar John Nagl has described as a “global insurgency” aimed at overthrowing the existing order, what we used to call -in a more confident era – the Free World.

“Yes, Allah is greater than America.” Hamas supreme leader Khaled Mashaal said on al-Jazeera television a few years ago. “Allah is greater than the superpowers. We say to this West: By Allah you will be defeated.”

Too many people refuse to understand: Hamas is not fighting for a Palestinian state. Hamas is fighting for the annihilation of Israel, which it would replace with an Islamic emirate. Not the same thing at all.

U.S. Navy Intercepts Iranian Weapons Headed To Hamas

Despite their public proclomations that their children are “impoverished” and starving, Hamas still seems to be spending all their available funds on weapons which they are getting from Iran.

_______________________________________________________________________________________

us-navy-2U.S. Navy intercepts Iranian arms vessel

(c/o: World Net Daily)

“HERZLIYA, Israel – The U.S. Navy is conducting covert operations aimed at intercepting Iranian ships carrying weapons to rearm Hamas in the Gaza Strip, informed defense officials told WND.

The setup, which has already halted a vessel carrying Iranian munitions in recent days, acts on intelligence information provided by Israel, Egypt and Cyprus, the defense officials said.

The U.S. Navy refused to comment, but informed sources said the U.S. last week intercepted an Iranian-owned vessel found to be carrying weapons, including rockets, mortar and artillery shells. It is suspected the ship was attempting to reach the Egyptian Sinai area. If successful, the delivery would have represented a major escalation by providing Hamas with artillery, something the terrorist organization is not thought to possess.”

The new naval patrols and U.S. presence along the Gaza border comes in line with a memorandum of understanding signed between Israeli Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni and outgoing U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. The deal aims to curb Hamas rearmament and also includes patrols of the Persian Gulf, Sudan, and neighboring states.

One of Israel’s main goals for its offensive was to halt Hamas’ ability to smuggle weapons across the Egypt-Gaza border.

Israel is negotiating an international monitoring mechanism it hopes will stop Hamas from smuggling weapons from neighboring Egypt into Gaza. But previous international monitors stationed along the Egypt-Gaza border fled their duty and repeatedly failed to stem Hamas’ weapons smuggling.

The monitors were stationed at the border following Israel’s 2005 evacuation of the Gaza Strip.”

Gazan doctor says death toll inflated

Gazan doctor says death toll inflated
Physician at Gaza’s Shifa Hospital tells Italian newspaper number of dead in Israeli offensive ‘stands at no more than 500 or 600, most of them youths recruited to Hamas’ ranks’. Senior Palestinian Health Ministry official denies claims, IDF estimate on 1,200 casualties in Strip remains unchanged

What really is behind the numbers reported on the number of civilian casualties in the Gaza Strip? Italian newspaper Corriere Della Sera reported Thursday that a doctor working in Gaza’s Shifa Hospital claimed that Hamas has intentionally inflated the number of casualties resulting from Israel’s Operation Cast Lead.

“The number of deceased stands at no more than 500 to 600. Most of them are youths between the ages of 17 to 23 who were recruited to the ranks of Hamas, who sent them to the slaughter,” according to the newspaper article.

[snip]

Hassanain told Ynet that the Palestinian figures were issued cautiously, without any political considerations, and that several casualties may not have been reported as their bodies are still under the rubble or have not been handed over to the rescue forces and authorized medical officials.

‘Mostly armed teenagers’
A Tal al-Hawa resident told the newspaper’s reporter, “Armed Hamas men sought out a good position for provoking the Israelis. There were mostly teenagers, aged 16 or 17, and armed. They couldn’t do a thing against a tank or a jet. They knew they are much weaker, but they fired at our houses so that they could blame Israel for war crimes.”

The reporter for the Italian newspaper also quoted reporters in the Strip who told of Hamas’ exaggerated figures, “We have already said to Hamas commanders – why do you insist on inflating the number of victims?”

These same reporters mentioned that the truth that will come out is likely to be similar to what occurred in Operation Defensive Shield in Jenin. “Then, there was first talk of 1,500 deaths. But then it turned out that there were only 54, 45 of which were armed men,” the Palestinian reporters told the Italian newspaper.

Hamas agrees to one-week truce in Gaza fighting

GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip – Hamas offered Israel an immediate weeklong truce Sunday, hours after Israel silenced its guns and grounded its aircraft, but the Islamic militant group conditioned long-term quiet on a complete Israeli withdrawal from the territory.

U.S. welcomes Gaza ceasefire, Iran says not enough

Iran said the ceasefire was not enough and that Israel’s military must withdraw, Turkey urged Western countries to engage with Hamas, and the pope urged the world to pray for peace in Gaza and the hundreds killed in the conflict.

Hamas, Islamic Jihad set terms for mutual ceasefire, demand Israeli withdrawal from Gaza

Shehab told Ma’an, “The resistance won on the ground and now we will go onto the political battle.”

He explained that the decision is a natural extension of the role of resistance factions, and sought to establish the rights of Palestinians through the withdrawal of troops and the opening of borders.

When asked what will happen if Israel does not evacuate the Strip by Sunday 25 January, Shehab replied, “Then all options are open and no one would dare talk or hold us accountable because our decision isn’t out of weakness but out of common interest.”

Every time.

Provoke action.
Get their asses whipped.
Claim victory.
